Staff was super friendly and accommodating- the cold breakfast option was nice and they had snacks and water available during day.

Room smelled like smoke - they gave us a new room that was somewhat better. It happened to be a cool weekend so we opened doors and windows to air the room out. Aside from the room smelling like cigarette smoke- the room was very clean. And the staff was very nice. The parking lot and other visitors were quiet and we had no issues.

I liked the set up and the space in the room. The location was convenient, and the price was right. Bed was very comfy. One particularly helpful person at the front desk was Serenity. She really understands customer service and "service recovery".

Coffee maker was missing from the room, and people on staff did not know where to find one. My family reserved 3 studios. We reserved 10 months in advance, and studios were near each other. One part of the family did not arrive until 5:30 pm. When they entered the room, it had not been cleaned, and for some reason, no one on staff available to manage it. So that part of the family was moved to a different location. Though breakfast came with room, and there was sausage and potatoes, there were no eggs or items that would typically be served with sausage and potatoes. The rooms are comfortable, but a bit worn out. However, OK for the price. HVAC is very noisy. Disturbed my sleep. With a little attention to detail, this place would be a gem.

Having a kitchenette at your disposal makes long stay easier. The heating / cooling was very comfortable. Bed & linen were clean and comfortable. There is ample parking on site for people bringing their car & this place is right next to the freeway. There is paid laundry facility on site & the front desk sells single load detergent also which was convenient. The breakfast was good with bagles & cream cheese, muffins, scones, bread, cereal, apples & oranges. There was also some egg or meat hot preparation everyday.

Being a little on the outskirts, this place may seem a little unsafe, esp for women travelling alone. Though it did not become an issue for us. There is only one bus servicing the area. Missed having a hair dryer and a toaster in the apartment.

I think highly of the property I love the balcony it’s great to get fresh air.

My fire stick did not work with the TV that was there so I had to bring my own small TV. The last time I was there when I had a Penthouse Suite the microwave did not work. Also I am not sure if you have to request for room service but they never came the whole time I was there. I forgot to ask how that goes.

i checked in on the 19th or 20th September and the two men that were on the night shift (8 o’clock ish ) went above and beyond to make sure I was okay, giving me their coat when it was raining, moving me to a different room so I felt safer, gave me a plug for my charger as I only had an English one. this hotel did everything for me they were so unbelievably kind and helpful. i needed to get to the airport in the morning to fly back to England and no one was available to take me so one of staff finished early to take me so I could make my flight. honestly 10/10 service such caring people working there. If I ever return to the US this will be the first place I go to! thank you guys such a great team

The musty smell in the room, dirty carpet & the size of the balcony, was not what I expected. We had a room in the back on the 2nd floor facing the street it was quite but the balcony was very small & the wood was rotting. The weather was great this past weekend & it would've been nice if we could've sat out there to enjoy it. The purpose of this trip was quality time together. I chose the location for the balcony & was disappointed.

The service and staff were excellent. I also loved my room. The breakfast was ok but needed more selections and more sugar free options for diabetics.

The main thing I did not like was all the running around of teens and homeless people on the grounds in the middle of the night. I didn't feel safe when I came back to my room after a retirement party. They were everywhere. It got scary. I told the front desk but he reacted like it was normal.

not sure if we were lucky and got a newly renovated room but it was exceptional . very clean room very spacious a home away from home .

staff bust in our room one morning telling us we were supposed to check out when we booked a 3 day stay . she knocked once and came right on in and we weren’t even dressed . we told her we booked for 3 days she was very rude and disrespectful saying she had to check with front desk I went and got dressed went to front desk about the issue and a young man was very rude as well I just went back to my room and didn’t have any issues after.

I have stayed there before and it met my high expectations. The room and facilities were fine, breakfast was very good and the staff were, as in the past, always friendly and helpful. I checked in at night and wanted a couple of creamers to have a cup of tea in my room. The receptionist said they were out of them but went to check and came back with 2 creamers for me. Thanks for making the extra effort!

It was supposed to be free breakfast but the chef said y'all ran out of food it was only bagels and cereal the eggs and Sausage was gone and but the staff told us when we checked in it was from 7:00 to 10:00 but at 8:00 the food was gone
