I like the location as it is very quiet and close to many restaurants. The staff was also very professional and nice

Before I booked, I called and asked if there was a pool and if they offered late check out, and I was told that they offer both. When I got there, the pool was out of service and wouldn't be cleaned and available until the other week. As for the late check out, they told me they were booked, so I couldn't check out late. So I had no where to go before my flight.

GREAT! The bed was dope! extra fluffy nest of fresh linens with a massive tv, I put the food network on and took a nap. They have a pancake machine and everything was fresh. the coffee was pretty good because they had almond milk. My wife had plenty of healthy options. We like the gym. We stayed an extra night because everyone left and now it's super quite. I went to smoke a joint outside and I found a creek outback. Prohabition has been lifted in CT, so smoke it if you got it! :) The shower had plenty of hot water. And the room was nice and clean. Every time I came in the door, the staff was cleaning and sanitizing which is important to us. They were all very friendly. I work remotely, so the lobby office space came in handy. I spent all weekend getting caught up on work. They have laundry onsite, we didn't need it this weekend, but that's good to know. we travel a lot because of my job. So that kind of amenity is great with us.

The light in the bathroom is wonky, it's like a strobe light, so we just put on some techno, broke out the glowsticks and had a dance battle. after that, we had a cuddle-pubble and talked about the moon and the stars, so the mood lighting really brought us back to a better time.

The bed was very comfortable

I think the windows they used when they built this place were the cheapest pieces of crap they could get. Mine didn't lock (fortunately I was on the second floor) and I could hear pretty much every noise that happened behind the hotel. It was so nice being awakened at 6:30 with the sound of someone's car radio. Breakfast was okay. I really dislike those pancake makers. They may look like pancakes but they sure don't taste like them.

Staff was nice and super helpful when my daughter was injured in the workout room. There was always someone cleaning in the common areas.

While the staff was great, the smell of weed in the hallway was enough to give you a contact high. We did say something (there was a group of 40 of us, with children) and the staff said they would address it.

This Holiday Inn is centrally located to a lot of restaurants and shops and is just a ten minute drive to Hartford. We received excellent customer service from the front desk staff. Checking in and out was a breeze. The hotel itself is updated and clean. We were very happy with our room. It was spacious and the bed was extremely comfy! They also serve continental breakfast daily from 6-9:30am. Overall we had a great stay and would be happy to stay here again!

The hotel was clean. What I really enjoyed was the room and how the space is setup. The beds were comfortable and ok. Breakfast was great. We stayed there for visiting family and friends and the location was super for getting arround in Hartford

Some weared people turned on music and created noise in the morning and I did not like that.

Breakfast with hot food and cold choices. The employee was very efficient and helpful. Dominique and her coworker were very welcoming on check in and we saw her again on check-out. Great hospitality!

The bed and pillows were comfy. Upon check in, we requested only trash and dirty towels be removed daily, not a full room service.....5 nights. The desk attendants were professionally dressed (not the case in all motels). Convenient to all of our family members who live in the area. Very easy access to I-91 and lots of shopping and restaurants in both directions on Silas Dean Highway.

We placed a suitcase on the lounger chair so no one could sit on it. The only other chair was the desk chair. Maybe add a folding suitcase stand to the room....we had one provided in another motel further on our road trip. Per COVID, hot breakfast was a bit slow serving via the "kitchen". At least it was not a grab and go "bag" breakfast with water, apple and granola bar like at some motels.

The Breakfast was good but the turkey bacon was cooked much. To hard but over breakfast was good.

The tub was clog I feel the housekeeping need to use a better cleaner to clean the tub. Kaboom cleaner works great. If the guest are showering and the water not draining then that cause dirt build up. I can see the ring in the shower.

Location was good and the room was incredibly clean!!!! Wow, I was Very pleased given that. I loved all the lighting options in the room. It was quite exceptional!

I was in room 100 right next to the pool door It was a little loud in terms of it being a business room. People kept going in and out and I could hear it while trying to do work.
