Overall a great Hotel. Good location with Whole Foods and other Blue Back restaurants nearby. Great Front Desk and Valet services. Included Buffet Breakfast was very good. On-site Artisan restaurant had a nice vibe and decent menu.

Main complaint was the very noisy air conditioner. Minor, very minor complaints were #1. awkward position of the toilet behind the door, #2. the shower head in the shower is too close to the wall, #3 Why did they choose “ Blue “ bathroom cabinetry? Goes with nothing and for a fairly new hotel, looks dated. As noted, minor complaints, but you asked.

This was my first visit to West Hartford and this hotel. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the room was impeccable; nothing was falling apart - no peeling wallpaper, no scratches on walls or missing grout on bathroom floor etc. The pride taken in the upkeep of this hotel is the same pride I have with my own home - their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I also liked the giant opening windows, the pillows, the bed overall and the shower water pressure. Everything was just perfect - a great stay.

I wish I was able to get a can of Sugar Free Red Bull on the property. I honestly have nothing negative to say about the hotel itself. It was a perfect weekend getaway.

The room was beautiful. Everyone was very polite and we enjoyed the bit of glitz and glamour of the place for the night we stayed. The neighborhood near the hotel had many options to spend your money in many different ways. The area is quiet and comfortable - you can also walk to some very nice shops and restaurants.

I would just state that if you're a relatively "normal" person with limited interest in spending tens of thousands of dollars in the area you might want to try something else. West Hartford is extremely fancy and my spouse and I are not. I take full responsibility for not doing better research for our weekend getaway and booking the hotel. Again, nothing against the hotel - it was great and so were the folks that were checking us in and out.

She had the emotional intellgience of a hot headed teenager and actually slammed her hand down, was sarcastic, and rude when my wife asked to see the paper copy of the room charges. My wife had to ask several times to see the charges.

The hotel is beautiful and in the heart of West Hartford. Complimentary valet upon arrival. They decor in the lobby was beautiful. Staff was very accommodating. They offered beverages at check-in and I am not sure if that is all the time or because it was Valentine's day weekend. The room was elegant. When you walk in, the fragrance is so inviting and warm. The deluxe king is a very nice size. The bathroom had everything you needed. The robes were a nice touch and the shoes were nice but are not made for wide feet. Very restful night.

There aren't any fans in the bathroom, and the small vanity light didn't work. Towels were old and hard. Pillowcases had iron Stains and one had a pink spot and a couple of holes signaling they need new linens throughout the hotel. Shower water seemed to be at a warm temperature and didn't get hot.

I was impressed by the Delamar. It is posh but not stuffy. Beautiful room and bathroom. Bed was so comfortable! The weather didn't permit outdoor dining, as it was pouring rain. However the outdoor dining area is lovely and a nice asset to the property.

I thought the breakfast was average, not terrible just ok. Also, the dining room on both occasions I dined there was freezing cold- bring a sweater!

the property is beautiful and spotlessly maintained; no chipped paint or peeling wallpaper in room or throughout property. we visited over the holidays and were greeted in the room with a holiday card and a box of Christmas sugar cookies. these small touches make a stay here unlike any other.

The mini bar was well stocked with a nice variety of items. The solid walls made the room quiet. The breakfast had a lot of variety. The employees were attentive. The dimming ceiling light fixture in the room was not glaring( no visible blinding lightbulb like some ) and didn’t flicker at all. The adjustable Leviton nightlight in the bathroom was an excellent feature not seen in many hotels.

The bathroom sink was slow draining. The toilet paper holder was loose.

I had a dinner after arrival in the artisan restaurant. I do not normally like to go out to eat by myself, but the staff at the restaurant made me feel right at home and the meal was excellent. My only reason for the visit was to spend some time with my mom who lives in assisted living nearby. I thank the staff at the Delamar for making me feel so welcome and lowering my anxiety at traveling by myself.

superb. superb. superb. the hotel is clean, spacious and spotless. the staff is polite and attentive. my favorite.

the on-site restaurant serves pepsi rather than Diet Coke. also, in-room tvs require a Samsung app download to stream a movie from your phone. it should be more seamless and simple than this. annoyed and did not download app.
