Courtyard by Marriott Southington

I liked the location of the hotel and cleanliness of the room, which has ample lighting. The staff was courteous, friendly, and professional. Very nice workout room on 1st floor. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Like most hotels, I didn't like the all white towels and wash cloths. Also, the room did seem a little small. The elevators sounded kind of creaky with just two people on it.

there was a a restaurant/Bar on site. limited breakfast and dinner options however, the options they have are terrific! staff extremely friendly and overall well priced, we would definitely stay again! We had received a gift card to Cava’s and the location to the restaurant was perfect..! The room was clean, modern bathroom and the bed very comfortable. refrigerator and microwave are always a plus.

Housekeeping was great, Breakfast was pretty good, Hotel was relaxing.

The woman who checked me in had a very bad attitude and was not welcoming at all. For this reason, I would not recommend any of my business partners, their family, or my friends and family to this hotel.

Location was great and off I-84. Very clean and comfortable. Accommodating staff. The only thing I missed was laundry facilities. Coffee and light breakfast available on site.

For the price we paid for this hotel I was very disappointed by the hotel itself. The lobby smelled of mildew and all the doors were open to air out the place. When I asked the front desk what the smell was she said she didn't know(yeah sure you don't). The upstairs where fine and the hallways smelled like New carpet. There where never someone at the front desk they were always at the back room and u had to walk behind the desk to knock on the back door for them to come out. There were no recommendations to anything around the area. Like pamphlet with places to eat or places to see. The hotel itself was ok but the hospitality was terrible.

The room was very clean and comfortable for the size. The staff was very friendly and super helpful with any requests, they had everything we needed right at the desk.

one of the front desk workers that was a male was acting suspicious of me and my girlfriend when we walked into the hotel.. and when we were buying snacks from the snack area at the hotel, he was just watching and staring at us like we were gonna take something. Like, bro there was no need to act like that.

Staff was great and very helpful. Check out was excellent and the gentleman at the counter said do not worry, it is only raining out side you will be safe. We made it home safe and sound. I really appreciated all that the hotel provided.

Everything was fine. The only question that I would have is why is the bar closed so early. I do not drink but others from my party wondered why. Thank you

it’s Marriot so you know there is a standard that ensures comfort, true to image.

The staff were wonderful trying to solve issues.

Bed was just a bit high, felt like I needed a small step stool to get on it,and my own is high. I did not say anything about that. We did have issue with the door lock and key, all the staff we met were very helpful.
