Good location, clean room and bathroom. Good design of the suite except that the refrigerator doors were "handed" the wrong way. To open you had to step backwards with it until it was open and then step forward to get items out. You couldn't step back because of the table. The bed was comfortable for the most part. It was to firm for my wife.

Didn't like that most things were extra. There was a charge for the high speed wifi. There was upcharges for anything other than broadcast TV.

Breakfast was well above average. Room was spacious and well-designed. Lobby and breakfast eating area very pleasant and upscale.

The sitting area of my suite had a very strong foul chemical solvent odor. The walls between adjacent guest rooms seemed very thin and not sound proofed. I could very clearly hear a guest in the next room talking, coughing, snoring, etc.

Easy to access. Lots of coffee and not in the food section which creates bottlenecks. Nice evening social with healthy salad option

Great suite with everything we needed, including a large fridge and a kitchenette. We loved the windows overlooking a small cozy yard. The breakfast was also nice to have. Kids loved Christmas decorations and crafts. The bed was very confy!

The swimming pool could use some cleaning. It wasn't terrible though. To get to the swimming pool it was quite some walk from our room, unless you want to go outside and use the shortcut. Overall, we loved our stay

The staff was wonderful--helpful and open. The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean, the sitting area was great for relaxing after a long travel day.

Breakfast was only acceptable. Egg dish was hot, but bland and processed. They ran out of scones. I would have preferred a plain yogurt and wheat toast. Fruit was apple and orange. For such a large facility the workout room was tiny and congested.

I liked most of the property and the fact that there was a breakfast included

there was a lot of noise by guests and nothing substantial was done about the noise between 12:00 am and 4:00am.

Loved that breakfast was available and built into the price.We we’re traveling a distance with our son , who is in a wheelchair. It makes it easier for us that breakfast was offered.

Nothing- everything was great.

Very spacious suite (a true 2 room suite with a nice kitchen). Very comfortable beds. Washing machine and dryer work well

It seems like someone had smoked in the bathroom. Probably should wash or hang a new shower curtain and clean walls, etc
