Location: Property was near family & event that we were attending. Reception Staff: very professional, helpful & accommodating regarding our needs & requests, specifically Ms. April and Ms. Carlin!

Room carpeting was “not so clean” — my white socks (which I wear instead of slippers) were dirty after walking about in the room! Need better/more frequent cleaning or, better yet, replacing.

It’s was very clean, and in a great location. Gorgeous interior and exterior!! Micheal, working at the front desk, was extra courteous and went above and beyond to do his job during what seemed to be system errors with the rooms that were supposed to be ready to check in at 4pm but were not ready. His patience and positive demeanor was an absolute joy, especially after a long drive getting there. I would like to thank him for his professionalism. I will definitely stay again.

That my accommodations were not ready at the time I was told, and I had to wait to check in, which was no fault of the front desk staff. Apparently housecleaning had not clean the rooms on time.

extremely clean—from the lobby to the room. Staff are friendly and helpful. Really made it feel like home and went above and beyond to improve our stay. Short walk to the Palace Theater.

The surrounding area feels unsafe. Its not the hotel’s fault at all, but I wouldn’t walk a block away on my own day or night. The lobby is very clean but the furniture in the Bistro is worn out and needs to be replaced.

The location and accommodation were excellent

Our room could use a bit more cleaning, there were what looks like previous clients crumbs on the floor, the sheets had some sort of stain and the desk should of been wiped off better. It wasn’t nasty filthy just think cleaning could be a bit better.

The room was excellent I mean the bed and I mean the bed was very very very comfortable the room was nice and the bathroom cleaned The shower that I love the most I love a strong shower that is relaxing my muscles and the front desk was very very very respectful to my wife Thank you

Breakfast was great and reasonably priced. Location was very convenient for me to attend an event. Ample parking was available. Staff was efficient and courteous. Water pressure was great

Rooms need to be updated some more. Needs better signage to indicate entrance.

In the world of "Breakfast Included", I found the cost of a quick continental breakfast to be pricey. Also, paid $26.00 for a chilled bottle of, what turned out to be, their house white wine.

The room was cleaning me easy to check in and front desk was very helpful young lady ,No, we did not have no breakfast. It was not included.

We had to pay parking parking was not included, and there was no continental breakfast included either and I’ve been to plenty hotels where they serve continental breakfast for free

The water in our room turned brown like a rust color the last day and we were not able to shower and get cleaned up. We did not talk to anyone regarding this issue it was a busy weekend and crowded lobby when we left.

Seemed as if families were living there, heavy marijuana smoking... and a lot of dogs were present.
