It's a great location. The rooms are always super clean, I can't stress how important that is. Clean linens and beds and the bathrooms are clean too. The beds are comfy too ! The staff was so nice and accommodating.

The lighting in the bathroom is not so great, actually very dim at the mirrors. Which is odd. There is also no exhaust fan that I could locate in the bathroom which is also a negative for obvious reasons. The bathroom is stocked with towels and soap and shampoos so that's helpful.

I like the location for visiting UCONN. It’s clean and convenient. The room is comfortable and spacious. I have stayed here multiple times and would stay again.

The coffee in rooms and served at the cafe is terrible. For the price of this hotel the coffee should be way better. It was $4.00 for a cup of mediocre coffee. I was also surprised that they charged for parking. When I booked I did not see on my booking.com that I would have to pay for parking.

Pretty hotel but I felt like the front desk staff was ‘coasting’ or resting on their laurels.

I didn’t like paying for parking at all. There was no path from parking to the hotel, had to walk through mulch and landscaping. The bar was never open and getting food was challenging. Had to pay $5 for a bottle of water in the room! The staff was pleasant but unprofessional (lots of side talking and gossip). My late checkout request was approved, but when I went back to my room on my last morning I was checked out and had to ask for access back in the room to collect things. The room was clean, the hotel was also spotless, but their was a lack of convenience and comfort. Had to constantly go out for food couldn’t even drink water without being charged.

Beautiful building and landscaping. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel and rooms were clean and well appointed. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The indoor/outdoor carpet in the rooms was nice, along with the little refrigerator. The decor of UCONN pictures in the rooms, halls, and reception area were amazing, especially the giant Husky!

Our first room, the hinge on the door broke and we could not shut the door. They moved us to another room, 222, where the inner shower curtain needs to be changed, it smelled and was yellowed. The desk chair was broken and did not sit correctly. It would be nice to have microwaves in the room, but the ones downstairs were good. The coffee chips to use at the cafe were a bit different in the mornings with no way to make coffee in the room, but worked out fine.

We stayed at Graduate Storrs because my daughter was attending Accepted Students day at UConn. The hotel is adjacent to the UConn campus and very close to the downtown area where the restaurants and stores are. If you're visiting UConn, this is the perfect place to stay. There's a gated parking lot behind the hotel for guests.

Breakfast was not included with the room. But there is a restaurant in the lobby.

it’s such a beautiful hotel, room was big, it’s exceptionally clean, beds were comfortable. the stuff was super nice and accommodating. we were here for 2 night for UConn orientation, my only complaint is the kitchen closed at 8 and everything in town was closed by 8:30, maybe have some grab and go sandwiches available? We flew in attended orientation and we were exhausted, so we took a nap, by the time we woke up we couldn’t get dinner anywhere within walking distance (downtown Storrs is 10 minute walk, but everything was closed).

Everything was great at this hotel and it definitely exceeded my expectations. It definitely by far was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in and I stayed at many the staff was wonderful. The rooms are beautiful and the facility is fantastic and close to everything.

Very convenient stay for UConn tour with my daughter. Very nice lobby, modern and updated rooms. Had a unique style. Nice bar, food, coffee area. Used the small gym too.

It would have been nice to be offered complimentary coffee in the mooning, instead of being charged for a small cup. With the price of the room, that should have been included.

cosy & quiet in our room, no noise from other guests. For breakfast we just bought some coffee and muffins from the lobby bar, and whilst checking out decided to get another coffee, which we didn’t pay for as the staff considered it was a free refill from breakfast time, it gave us a good start to the day.

location a bit out of town, but right on the university campus.

We were thrilled to find a clean and well kept hotel that not only accommodated our dog but welcomed her! The room was very clean and the hotel was in great condition. The staff were incredibly friendly too!

My daughter has an allergy to wheat so there really weren't any options for her to eat at the hotel.
