Sheraton Hartford Hotel at Bradley Airport

The location is perfect for when we are traveling. The hotel is immaculate and the staff is efficient and personable.

Nothing. I always feel comfortable staying there. Last summer, we traveled with a group of 8 and simply could not afford this so stayed at a smaller hotel off airport property. My daughter found large moving bedbugs in her bed. She captured one and took it to the front desk requesting another room and none were available and they were not at all surprised that we had found them. From now on, I will spend the extra money to be at the Sheraton Hartford.

I love the proximity to the airport. We have stayed there often and have been well pleased. This time, the staff seemed even more pleasant than usual. They were courteous and professional but really humanized the process of checking in.

In years past, you were able to get a deal on parking and that does not seem to be available any more. I liked that.

Everything but above all the staff. We had a few flights cancel on us and everyone from front desk to the server in breakfast was understanding and helpful and ready to do their best to make it up to us. I am so thankful for them for making this biter trip better.

A hike for ice machine. Limited items in your Shoppe.

Parking.....STICKER SHOCK !!!! Recommend using alternate parking. Stayed 8 nites away, car parked here. Stayed overnite on return. Got car in am. Damn near a monthly car payment. YIKES !!

This hotel is right inside BDL airport with parking. We leave our car here. We wake up for 6am flights and only have to go downstairs to wait for our flight. When we arrive home the car is right there in the airport. It is a very comfortable and convenient.

We love the convenience of leaving our car at the airport and staying right at the airport. The convenience of just going downstairs for a early morning flight is fantastic, especially in winter months.

The pipes in the bathroom gurgled all night and kept me awake.

My room and bathroom were very nice. The bed is really comfortable and it is quiet when you are in the room. The staff was very pleasant. I ate in the lounge and the food was really good. I always stay at the Sheraton when I am flying out on a trip.

The TV didn't have may channels.

Very nice hotel. Nice amenities. I really liked the location which was very convenient for getting to the airport.

The Sheraton would not honor my Booking.com reservation even though I had a print out of it! They didn't care because "it wasn't in their system". After speaking to a manager, I was finally able to get a room but only because I am a Marriott Bonvoy member.

I did not know that breakfast was available. This was my third stay at your hotel. I know not why, but, I was under the impression that NO FOOD was available!! Wheelchair to the airport in the early morning. Not having to take a shuttle to the airport.

As mentioned above, I was unaware of food service. The location is desirable. The prices are exploitation.

Location/proximity to terminal is steps away. It was nice and quiet for a night's sleep. This was a great option rather than waking at 2:30am to get to the airport to catch a 6am flight.
