Hampton Inn Springfield South Enfield

Staff very friendly. Clean hotel with comfortable rooms. Morning breakfast spread was fantastic! My son loved the pool and jacuzzi.

Price on booking was more than booking direct. I added an extra night once checking in, it was 40 dollar cheaper than when I booked on booking. Will call hotel before booking 3rd party next time.

We were really pleased with the room and location. My 94 year old mom had the room next door, so it was convenient to take care of her too. Early check in ( Hilton honors) was the best perk because we travelled a long distance. The staff was so nice and welcoming and very accommodating. Would definitely stay there again!

Breakfast and coffee. Not good at all. The coffee was so weak, and of course the eggs aren’t real, sausage patties yuk. I brought up NY bagels for my company so I had something to look forward too later on in the morning. But a good cup of coffee is a must!

The pool was cold freezing not heated and the heater in the room was falling apart and I left around 7 and when I came back I had a note from maintenance that they entered my room to change the remote when nothing was wrong with it it was still sealed and I didn't even watch tv so I don't appreciate my privacy would've been interrupted and check out was 12 and they banged on my door every hour all morning long waking me up every time

The staff were very helpful and so accommodating. I couldn't ask for more. Nice choice for breakfast, lovely clean and comfortable beds, great facilities fantastic area with lots of shopping and food choices. Please see my Google review for more info.

Great location and wonderful staff! I got to have my cat with me, too, which the property was more than happy to accommodate. The pool is so nice as well! I love how big the king suite room was. Very comfy! I am staying here every time I visit Enfield.

I had only one gripe. The Keurig machine and the microwave weren't working because there is a short circuit in the wall I let staff know but there was no replacement for microwave and that's what I needed the most I could live without the Keurig more or less did they were very kind and offered the one microwave that the breakfast uses and I refused I'm not that selfish but I asked for a $5 reduction in my bill and they granted. And I appreciate them doing that otherwise I just loved the room. It was like an apartment sweet and I would definitely stay in that room if possible in a heartbeat I brought my dog who is 8 years old and she was welcomed by the staff members and everyone has been extremely kind so it's a great value under $200 where I come from in Newton Massachusetts that's unheard of just the one thing the microwave oven I think they should have several backups not just one which apparently had already been used

Check in was quick and easy. No fuss. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very polite and helpful. Would stay there again.

I really can't say that there was anything that we did not like. The price was a bit more than expected. Yet, it now seems to be the new going rate.

Breakfast was very good and employees were personable and very nice.

Not cleaning room everyday. Lock plate on door jimmied was broken. I fixed it. Toilets were dirty, my wife cleaned then upon arrival. Sheets didn't fit the bed right, to small . Ice machine on our floor broke and not fixed the entire 12 days we spent there.

Provided everything I needed. Yogurt and coffee was excellant.

Had to request trash cans be emptied both were overly filled. Didnt expect bed linen changes but towels and trash?

I had the king size room ,very spacious and the bed was beyond comfortable!! Love the complimentary kueirg coffee right in the mini kitchen right in the room very convenient!!! Enjoyed my brief stay and would definitely go back !!!

Heated pool was very cold and not very clean , cold with green color (yuck)
