it was quant and quiet. The room was clean, the staff was very sweet. We were there for a NASCAR Race which rained out @11am & postponed to next day. Check-in wasn’t u til 2pm We were able to check in early at a minimal $25 fee. would defiantly use this place again.

only thing was no coffee in the room, woke up early to attend the race and had no access to coffee without driving somewhere for it. one of the mini coffee pots in the room would have been great. even instant packets with creamer packets and sugar would have been great.

The room was obviously freshly redone; it was immaculately clean with a new refrigerator and microwave. Plenty of towels. Toiletries were available. Plenty of cups and complimentary bottled water in the room. A good internet connection and good television - even a gaming screen installed in the second bedroom. A comfortable easy chair and a table with chairs. A locally known diner right next door with connected parking lots and the motel rooms are set back from the highway.

The hair dryer in the room did not work and the combination Air Conditioner/Heater unit fan was very loud. The owner said he had ordered the new dryer and it had not arrived, and he became aware of the noise of the heating unit just the day before and has ordered a new one. Minor discomfort only.

Pleasant Hill Motel is a small, modest facility and to be truthful, I didn't expect much at all. We just needed an inexpensive place to sleep overnight. But to our surprise, the room was tastefully appointed, spotlessly clean, smelled fresh, (all too often these no-smoking rooms still reek of smoke; not so with Pleasant Hill), was inexpensive and is located next door to a diner with great coffee!

Though not really a negative, but if looking for a motel as a vacation spot (with pool, entertainment, etc) this wouldn't necessarily be the go-to place.

the room was very clean. it didn’t smell, no bugs, and well insulated. the bathroom looks newly redone, it’s very small but it has everything you need. a hairdryer is included. no tub, just a standard shower. the staff are very accommodating, we had to change our stay length and we were refunded without a hassle. this place is great for an overnight stay or 2.

the lock on our door was not working, so we had to put a chair up against the door for safety. besides that, everything was great.

Bed was very firm, which made for not the greatest night's sleep. I think the mattress is new and decent quality, and just not "broken in"

I liked the charging station. I had enough room to recharge all my electronics. The staff was helpful. The bed was comfy. I felt well rested from my stay.

I was happy with my stay and can't think of anything I didn't like.

The bed was the most comfortable we have ever slept in at any hotel. The cleanliness and the care the care of this hotel was over and beyond most hotels or motels.

You never know what you might find with an affordable motel but this was clean and comfortable and the guest services was very accommodating when asked if my partner and I could stay an added night.

Very convenient, very clean, basic motel, good bathroom, good wifi, comfortable king size bed, decent AC. There is a Starbucks and other stores and food a few minutes away by car

No coffee maker, no information about places to get coffee or food, exterior could be nicer

The room was spacious and the staff was friendly at check in. I liked the mini fridge and the microwave.
