The front desk staff. I think her name is ijah or J..C her customer service is Awesome!!! She makes her guest feel welcome and she helps you with finding help for whatever you need help with
My bathroom had a sewer smell.. And we stayed over a week and when the house keeper came in to do a full cleaning she just vacuumed and made the beds. The toilet was dirty as well as the floor and the tub still had hair in it. Also my pillow cases were not clean

The front desk staff makes you feel welcomed
The house keepers stands around on their phones alot. Room wasn't cleaned beds were just made and also the trash wasn't checked.

Comfortable clean bed and room
My room was close to the car park and a car alarm woke me up at 6am and went on for quite a while before it was shut down. They advertised breakfast as part of the package buy they don't give breakfast

For the past 6 years I’ve always chosen to stay there. I’m aware a the comments left by others but have never experienced any of those issues.
it’s alway what I expect. Miss the free breakfast.

Soda machine did not work. Grounds a little messy. Fire alarm (false) went off at midnight for about 40-45: minutes.
