Room: The room was very comfortable, well appointed, and clean. Only negative was no microwave. The room faced the ocean, had a balcony & we could watch sunrises without leaving the room. Little to no noise. Location: Right on the beach, and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Beach: Same as location; very close and not overcrowded.

No microwave in room. Being forced to use valet parking; it is like having your car held hostage. Valets were very courteous, but it is my car and I want access to it at all times.

location was great! The resort is close to restaurants and pubs, and the staff was very nice and hospitable

1. valley parking of $24/ day was not mentioned anywhere in the advertisement 2. We paid extra and booked a room with an “ocean view”. when we got there, we were given a room without a balcony and with only a “partial view”. room was stuffy and not what we paid for. Eventually, we were moved to the right room we booked half way through our trip needing to pack and unpack to move rooms and floors. it was all worth it. The ocean front full view room was wonderful and what we desired and paid for in the first place. 3. The prices at the resort’s bar and restaurant were very high for what was offered.

The staff was fantastic. Marla is a very special lady. She knows her job and does a great job making you feel welcome and “at home away from home”. John, “I believe that is his name (he is Middle Eastern or Indian) went above and beyond to help and Always welcomed us when we returned.

The food at the restaurant was delicious. However. It would be nice to have some simple options. We ate there the first night However, we ate elsewhere the rest of our visit.

The beach, we were there to handle some work while we were home and it was very physical. Knowing we had a nice place to stay and being able to relax while we were there was just so peaceful. We will definitely be back.

I would have loved a better view but ours was still mot bad. Our window had serious cuts in it that really bothered us. It looked like someone was really hurt in there.

they charged my credit card for stay that was paid in full to booking .com long before stay . said registration was for Barry Robinson but should have. had all my info from booking . com . have yet to send receipt asked for not pleased with hotel or booking .com

The location is excellent if you need to be around Neptune beach.

The price. For us, this is really in the middle of no-where where we happen to have been invited to a birthday party. Also, the large scale office parties one after the other make the bar & restaurant way too noisy for this category of hotel.

I like mostly everything, but the most I like was the man on the beach, setting up the chairs and umbrella. They made me feel really special. 

 The only thing I wish the house keepers could have been a little more friendlier 

Ocean view room facing south to the pier. Beach. pool area and exercise room were great. We did not take advantage of the spa. Appreciated the location being near such a cute area with many bars and restaurants to choose from all within a few blocks of hotel.

It is always extremely clean. When you arrive the lobby is spectacular and has a wonderful fragrance and your room is just as beautiful. The staff are professionals and have the best customer service attitudes. Nothing goes unnoticed and they are attention to detail at One Ocean!

Absolutely nothing. Everything is picture perfect.

Location was amazing. Hotel was tastefully decorated and very clean.

Someone on our floor had a noisy dog!? Perhaps there could be some better animal policies or no animal floors available? Also, $6 for a small bag of smart pop in the snack area is a bit over the top.
