The location was absolutely perfect…we were able to walk to the beach, and every restaurant we ate at. The hotel staff were very friendly, professional and down to earth. The made to order complimentary breakfast was so good, it felt like we had a private chef cooking for us. They also provided us with complimentary bikes that you can borrow for up to 2 hours. We rode them along the broadwalk which was also a really great area with people, shops and other hotels in the area. We felt very safe. The pool was almost like an indoor, outdoor area. It’s kind of small but most of the time we had it to ourselves, not to mention it’s a SPA TUB, so you can turn on the jets and sit along the wall of the pool and relax. Beds were very comfortable…we had a FULL KITCHEN with everything we needed in it. Overall our stay was a 10/10 and we look forward to staying here every time we visit Jacksonville.

We loved everything. This has been one of the best value hotels we have ever stayed. The hotel is new and extremely clean. The staff is awesome and welcoming. Shout out to Arianna and Angela, who made us feel at home from the first contact. The chef makes a different breakfast every morning. Never a dull breakfast. The rooms have fileted water. It is two blocks from the beach and surrounded by restaurants and bars.

There is nothing I didn't like.

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself was clean and beautifully designed. My room was spacious and comfortable for my family. The breakfast buffet was good as well.

I liked everything overall. Perhaps there could be more breakfast options for people who may not eat meat or who prefer not to have a sweet breakfast (pancakes, waffles, crepes etc). Everything else was great with breakfast.

Room: very spacious, very clean, well equipped (kitchenette); . Above all: front desk staff goes overboard the job: welcoming guests, efficient and courteous, caring for guests, always smiling. Josh: I am short of words to express my gratitude to you while I was staying there. You are doing an out…stand…ing job! . Decor: quite zen style, very soothing and peaceful environment near the beach (2 blocks) . Weekdays Happy hour: it is a nice bonus! I stayed there for two weeks, I felt like at home.

I would only have a suggestion: it would be nice if the carpet/rug in the lobby (where guests are having the “Happy Hour” and do some work) be vacuumed from time to time. I have seen crumbs and others on the floor for quite a few days.

Jacqueline, the chef, all the front desk associates, housekeeping, and other staff were exceptionally wonderful! Our dogs truly appreciated being treated like family, not just service animals. thank you for having doggy bags so we could do our part to keep your grounds and community clean. The pack n play helped immensely with our baby too! I truly appreciate the spirit of under-promise and over-deliver and you nailed it! The games in the front, toys for the dogs, having detergent and quarters for the washing machines, food and wine conveniently on-site, covered parking, close proximity to the beach, such comfortable bedding, on and on!

Our only complaint was a rare situation where somebody was performing exterior maintenance on the McDonalds next door at 2:30am and woke us up, and kept us awake for a solid hour. We kindly called the police, who thanked us for calling them, told us they hadn’t ever heard of this before, and promptly dispatched a supervisor to speak with the service person. I appreciate how the police handled it; asking the person to please hurry up as they woke people up, and simply issued them a warning. we all have to work for a living and we don’t want somebody’s family to be hurt because their employer dispatched them at an inappropriate time. Ultimately the situation was resolved respectfully and we hope this helped everybody involved.

This is a great location, close to several great restaurants and even a Walgreens to stock the fridge. Very close to the beach. Easy in and out parking. The staff are wonderful, the place is very clean and modern.

Paying for parking is a downer. Needs more handicap parking underneath the protected are and better enforcement of those spaces. The A/C in the rooms are not great, they are on a motion sensor and you will wake up at 3am and the room be at 74 degrees when you went to sleep it be set at 68 degrees. You can not hack these thermostats like most hotels. That is truly my only complaint

Very clean! Pet friendly but you wouldn't even know, no animal smells at all. Staff was super nice and personable. Received a suite upgrade and it was perfect! Lots of amenities and freebies are available- free beer or wine? Yes please! As many crepes as you want at breakfast? Absolutely! Very well maintained gym as well, if you end up eating too many crepes though.

All the staff were so friendly. Happy hour with free beer/wine and cheese available Monday through Thursday, resulting in much intermingling amongst guests. A great idea!! The location of the hotel was great for exploring Jacksonville Beach. Having a fridge/freezer, microwave,etc in the room was great.

Being next to McDonald's lead to some noise.

The location was perfect. 1 block from the beach and enjoyed the hotel room .

The breakfast needs improving. Was not enough variety. I only had cereal. Consider adding waffles. They do come prepacked and can be heated in the toaster and add boiled eggs. Maybe add turkey sausage, as well. Thanks

Gym had super nice equipment, including foam rollers and pool was awesome at 98 deg!

Nothing to complain about. Was windy and trash was in parking area.
