Had a fantastic time. The staff is amazing. Very friendly. Welcoming and our house keeper was amazing. Very clean and had adelucious full breakfast every morning.very pet friendly and wrlcomibg. Very close to beach. Perfect location for everything, stores restaurants especially the beach. Beds are extremely comfy and wi be our go to spot when visiting jacksonville beach. Check in was extremely easy and all the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and make us feel like we were home. Easter Sunday and the little kids were up early finding Easter eggs. How cute.

The air didn't work as good at night in the room but was told they were waiting on some parts but that didn't stop us from having a fantastic time. A few things didn't work in room but Heath the maintenence guy was right on it. Heath fixed everything and replaced the outlets and safe and chamfer out the telephone. The last night we were there we were awaken by some rowdy guest next door at 230 am and had to call manager 2 times to handle situation,. She was right on it and had to tell them twice to calm down or leave. I was going to call a 3rd tome after they woke our daughters but after 2 hours they finally stopped. Overall, we had a fantastic time and will definitely Italy be back.

When I booked through booking.com I booked 2 queen beds. When I arrived I was given a king bed and was told the information that was sent from booking was a bed would be selected upon arrival. I was a little upset that my reservation was incorrect however the hotel staff gracefully accommodated me with the king bed and adding a twin bed in the room. The staff was overly accepting to the misunderstanding. They were absolutely kind and very friendly. The room was exceptionally clean and dust free. The bathroom was in great condition, no rusted areas. This hotel very family friendly.

Nothing. Everything met my expectations including breakfast that my family enjoyed.

Front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. Answered our questions and got us the help we needed promptly. Cleaning staff did a great job providing extra towels, toilet paper, body wash and soap in the shower, emptying garbage. Everyone was very helpful and responsive. Fitness center was small but clean and nice. Had treadmills, step machine, and weights. Breakfast was very good-lots of variety, hot and cold options, delicious cinnamon rolls, 24 hr coffee that was good quality!

Couldn't get room at a comfortable temperature. When we turned down the air conditioning, it was stuffy and humid. When we turned it up, it was too cold. No hot chocolate packets by the coffee! Outdoor pool temperature was frigid.

The woman with red hair at the front desk that checked me in was so pleasant! Breakfast spread was very good. Wish they rotated out the biscuits and gravy, not necessary every day and wish they had plain eggs without cheese. Appreciate them having soy milk. The attendant Tuesday and Wednesday morning was so nice and made sure everything was fully stocked. Pool is small and was mostly shaded in the afternoon when I went out so was cold. Location close to Jacksonville beach.

We especially liked the small kitchenette with the refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom set up with the stand-alone shower and tub were also a pleasant surprise. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash station in the shower was also something that we really appreciated. The complementary breakfast was outstanding as well as the staff (especially Maria) who were attentive and professional!

Our room, 227, did not have a functioning bathroom vent and the window over the AC unit was cloudy causing an obscured view. The room was also excessively humid requiring that we turn the AC to a cooler temperature than is normally comfortable for us. Otherwise our room was great!

Room was comfortable, breakfast was available on Saturday, well stocked lobby shop, staff was friendly.

Barhroom door was stuck open. Hotel staff quickly came to address it. After the repair the door would swing on the hinges but wouldn’t close. When I returned to my room after the repair, the entrance door to my room was propped open. I assumed the worker was still in my room. I walked in and no one was in the room. I went in and expected the worker to return quickly as I assume the door has been propped open for a reason. No staff ever came back to the room. I didn’t like it that my room was left unlocked after the repair.

Michele was wonderful when we checked in late on a rainy night-she was friendly to us at the front desk and kind to my son who had just finished a race-we were all very tired, but she made us feel at home. The staff members during breakfast were pleasant and very helpful. The room was a nice size, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom with a separate shower and tub was great too.

The lobby/dining area was not crowded at all at 7AM, but it was packed when I returned to get some water and coffee about 9AM. The cheese omelette tasted very fake-like the cheese was Velveeta maybe.

Front desk very friendly & knowledgeable. Good variety for breakfast. Close to beach. Spacious & comfy room.

Parking in covered area very tight. Can hear everything going on outside your room. Cleaning weren't very friendly to us at checkout even though was approved for late check out. Pet fee per night seemed kinda high ($35pn) and didn't find out cost until check out time.

Employees were very friendly and helpful: Ms. Maria and a gentleman who worked in the kitchen at breakfast time, housekeepers, another gentleman - janitor, front desk receptionists. Breakfast was awesome, Coffee - delicious and all day long - two things that I truly loved. The price is acceptable. Location is good too, big stores and different restaurants are nearby, 5 minutes drive to the beach. Room was big enough, beds are comfortable, towels and sheets were clean. Microwave, fridge and coffee station in the room were clean and definitely a necessary addition for any stay. Shower and restroom were clean, no complaints. Overall I am very satisfied with my stay and will come back next time. I will suggest this Hotel to my friends and family members. Thank you very much!

I didn't like the cleanliness of a carpet in our room. Carpet was really dirty. You can't really tell just by looking at the carpet because of it's color. But you can tell how durty it was by looking at kids' socks. I would suggest a to replace it or to hire a professional carpet cleaners. Also pool needs some little extra work. It was good, overall clean, but I think some Robotic Pool Cleaner or something similar could be used for the corners. And one more thing, I could not adjust AC in the room. It was cold. I think it is set temperature for the whole building that circulating all day through the each room in the hotel.

Pet Friendiness; Really was the deal-maker. Wyatt loved the room! He sleeps with us & the bed was very comfortable & supportive. The breakfast the next morning was delicious, and just right for our drive that day!

The location was great for what we needed to accomplish, but the surroundings were "rough" for hotel guests in my opinion. I did walk the dog to the park behind the hotel & noticed a couple of homeless men there. They were harmless though.
