The location for us was great!

The elevator wasn't working all weekend, and nobody called ahead to let us know. But the gentleman at the front desk during check-in was very kind and let us know we could cancel. We decided that since he gave us the second floor we would stay. We were happy with the facility other than the inconvenience of using stairs.

Amenities are awesome! Hotel is partnered with Lifetime Fitness which included the jacuzzi, sauna, indoor and outdoor pool and fitness facility.

breakfast quality could improve! warmed up frozen pre cooked frozen omelets frozen sausages, frozen fruit.

We had a plan to travel to 'Morikami Museum and Japanese Garden" which is about 6 miles from the hotel. The location of the hotel really saved us some time for travel, maximizing our time spent at the museum. Also, the rooms were really great with indoor access to both rooms, making it easy for our family to communicate.

Would have been better if the breakfast was buffet style. Just happened that we were there prior to the buffet style breakfast contract was made. However, just want to mention that the box style breakfast was helpful, considering that this hotel was the only hotel which served some kind of breakfast. (Other hotels we stayed during our trip did not have breakfast service.)

The property is always clean and maintained inside with friendly staff. It is a quiet area. This location was convenient to the interstate and business parks.

I was disappointed that the hot breakfast and other amenities typically associated with my stays were no longer available. It would have been helpful to know this prior to booking, and I may have actually booked at a different brand (even within the Hilton family). But the typical amenities were still advertised. I feel that by now we would have figured out a way around the same bistro box every day. like pre-ordering, or reserved time slots, etc. I have dietary requirements to work around and this proved inconvenient. Prior to the pandemic, and soon to be in the future I travel about 45 percent for work, so I have become accustomed to what to expect from each hotel chain and their various brands.

everything was perfect.people at front desk very very welcomed. they helped me with my baby food. very helpful. all day serves coffee and cookies what is great, unusual our room was very clean breakfast server was amazing and helpful. everyone made our stay at this hotel comfortable.

Staff was really great, the managers went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was outstanding - coffee, milk, eggs, sausage, muffins, bagels, cereal, and tea. Definitely worth waking up for!

The room with the king-sized bed on the second floor was kind of awful. The view was blocked by the roof of the entrance, and it was much smaller than expected. It was a narrow room, so layout was very strange.

One of the nicest “dog friendly” hotels we have stayed at.

Price was on the higher side, although it was nice that they didnt charge an additional fee for the dog. One other thing, only one guest elevator made getting to your floor a bit more delayed than I would prefer.

Well located hotel, very clean. Friendly staff, fast check in. The rooms are very large, the bed is wide. There is an anteroom with a sofa, TV, refrigerator, microwave and sink. Coffee machine. Bath products are good. There is complimentary coffee in the lobby throughout the day. The full breakfast, very good. Very good relation cost quality. It has a beautiful patio and pool.

I liked the location where the hotel was located. It was close to my destination of my purpose of the trip. I like how clean and fresh the room looked and smelled. The variety of breakfast items (bagels, pastires, yogurt, eggs, grits, oatmeal, cereal, whole fruits, orange juice, apple juice, and cranberry juice, coffee, tea and water.) The staff are nice. It was a quiet stay.

The housekeeping staff always had their carts in the hallway whenever I had to leave on the first floor. I wished there was another floor they could dipose their laundry or somewhere else they could stock and put away their supplies. It made feel sorry for that they didn't have a big enough space to work. During the complimentary breakfast there was no bacon, sausage, or hash browns during our stay. Certain food items kept running out (eggs, coffee, and juices.) The staff wasn't efficient by keeping the food items stocked.. It wasn't even that much of guests where they couldn't keep it stocked. The pillows weren't that fluffy. Very cheap like pillows. I always sweated sleeping when the a.c shut off. I felt the automatic of the ac spent more time being off than on.

Very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was on point.

The ONLY issue we had was with the mattresses. They were too firm resulting in my wife and I waking up to back pain 3 consecutive mornings. Something we had never experienced to such a degree anywhere else.
