Breakfast was very nice quality just too expensive. Location is OK, just wasn't expecting it to be so close to a fly over dual carriage way. Very noisey indeed. I asked for a quiet room low floor. Got the highest floor overlooking the fly over. And there was building work going on so drills and hammers. Went out to get away from the noise and the flyover.

Staff on reception, miserable greeting, staff member was not in the right role. Never smiled once. Was very uncomfortable. Not a nice start. Some of the bar staff were nice.. Justin was friendly at the bar.. that was about it.

Overall a great facility with wonderful staff. Courtney greeted us and was very pleasant to work with. Tynisha worked with a little pickup we had regarding breakfast and was very pleasant to work with during the checkout process. Rooms were extra comfy with a great view. Overall, this hotel is great for the price given the area.

Only downside was multiple sites said this includes breakfast, but that was not the case. Tynisha was nice enough to give me vouchers for each of us ($15 per person). Granted a breakfast there is closer to 30 with the orange juice and stuff but it definitely helped. I called booking.com and their agent told me that it was their mistake, not the hotels and we're going to credit me 26 bucks in addition to the $15 per person the hotel gave me.

The food at the restaurant was fantastic!! Really enjoyed the restaurant. Best Acacado toast I’ve ever had and the Shrimp salad was amazing. It was nice to get real coffee from the lobby in the morning to take up to the room even though there was a coffee maker in room. I like real milk and relaxing.

Valet guys didn’t say hello when I arrived or goodbye when I left except for an older gentleman that was so friendly. Hairdryer wasn’t in an obvious location since I never shut the bathroom door.

The location was fine. Being in the shadow of the bridge was a bit odd, but seeing the water was nice. I did not go to the beach but I heard it was walkable.

Parking seemed a bit expensive, given that I've stayed at other comparable resorts in Florida where parking was either gratis or quite inexpensive. Overall the property seemed fine, though not special.

Breakfast was waiter service . No buffet. Very goo. Staff very pleasant. The hotel is on the waterway. Lovely pool. Wasn’t crowded. Short walk to the beach. Have lovely place for drinks and dinner on the water. Can rent boats at the hotel

Never had Booking.com booking ref at desk . Wanted to know what I paid. Get car parking and resort fees applied each day - $65.

The hotel was very clean and professionally run unlike my first choice at the Boca Plaza. I booked a 3-day stay on booking.com, and was told to notify Boca Plaza for a refund and was only refunded $70.00. They are a rip-off.

Boca Plaza hotel is a dump. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the Waterstone Resort and Marina was.

The staff was pretty helpful. We were on our honeymoon and received a bottle of champagne and waived parking fee. That was nice - but we were looking forward to the gift Katherine said was going to be delivered to our room - but never came. Good location, restaurant food and wait staff were amazing. We loved our view of the Boca Lake and inlet. Ran into housekeeping on our floor and they were extremely helpful even though i did not request cleaning that day.

We would have loved if the gift shop and indoor restaurant were open! Also very sad we didn’t have a microwave in our room :( We weren’t given a ton of information up front. We booked through booking.com and paid $100 extra for breakfast included. Missed out on it the first day, and when we asked the front desk they said they don’t offer that feature anymore but were able to give us the next few mornings free breakfast. I believe their specials are not updated across marketing sites.

No WiFi in my room. Coffee machine did not work. Worst thing about the WiFi is I complained three times about it at reception and no one ever hit back to me. Room 621 My colleague in the room opposite also struggled. Rm 620

Location is beautiful, and Greeted with Sweetness from ( George valet guy) was Awesome Start!! I wish I could park my boat overnight..:( and Miss the Watercolor restaurant for dinner…but overall fun/ relaxing time celebrating my 40th bday with my family!

Property was gorgeous. Resort was clean and well kept. the room was very nice and really comfortable. It looked and smelled clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful.

Stay was a little overpriced. Didn’t appreciate having to pay for parking. With all the additional fees plus having to pay to park each day was a bit much.
