Location was everything. Walking distance to anything you could need. I traveled alone and did not rent a car. The property was perfect distance to anything I wanted to check out. Owners super nice, checking in to see if I needed anything. Noise from main street loud, but that’s not the properties fault! Would stay here again in a heart beat. Felt safe and secure traveling alone.

Location is great! Downtown Clearwater Beach. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, etc.Parking is free, which is a great value in this area. The room we had, #4, was very spacious, clean; had microwave, frig, small kitchenette, small dining table, coffee maker. Bed was comfortable. Table and chairs outside door; pool view.

Only downside was our first night there, young people in pool were very noisy from about 10pm-1am. No problem the next two nights of our stay.

Very friendly managers! Great value. Excellent location. The room and furnishings were basic and not modern but clean and well-maintained. The TV was a flat screen appropriate size and had full Spectrum cable service. Very comfortable bed. If you want a fancy four or five-star hotel you will be disappointed. If you would like a comfortable room with a small complete kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove with oven and a good value it is a great choice. I would go back.

This place was amazing. It reminded me of Grandma's house. If you're looking for a Marriott or a Hilton style experience, this is not it. If you just want to feel like you're at home relaxing in a welcome and friendly and familiar environment, then this is definitely the place for you.

The only thing that I could find about the place that I did not like, was that our door peephole was painted over, probably mistakenly when they last refurbish the place. I was able to clean it enough to see out but other than that, everything worked perfectly.

Tropical Sky Ranch is an adorable oasis placed directly in the middle of the main drag of Clearwater Beach. it’s quaint, dog-friendly, and family run, which is lovely to see in an area that seems to be overrun with corporate hotels. The room we stayed in had a full size fridge and small kitchenette that is very handy. Our bed was comfy as was the futon (that doubles as extra bedding) in the main room. Could not recommend this spot more for a laidback, retro vibe that pairs perfectly with a lively beach atmosphere!!

The cute little pool in front of the property was really cold, but it was March, so totally understandable🤗

this is a GEM. We were Tampa residents until my job moved us to Nebraska so we try to visit our favorites places once a year. Clearwater is not our favorite because of how touristy it can be but we wanted to come up and do Clearwater with friends. they spend over $300 a night on the sky rise new hotels and we were not fouled. We were so happy to find the Tropical Sky Ranch RIGHT NEXT to the big guys but with more personality, more clean and more convenient. The owners were so sweet and welcoming and when we needed to extend a day they were happy to accommodate and were actually excited! I will stay here again and again if we choose Clearwater!

The only thing we didn’t love was how squeaky the bed was if one person moved the other was wide awake. Overall it was pretty comfy and so so so clean!

The room was much better then I expected. I was thinking it was going to be a small old run down hotel in need of repair but found it to be clean and well kept. Much better then most of the hotels I have stayed at in Clearwater Beach. Thanks

the owners are very nice down to earth people you feel very welcome here. grate location clean pool cool vibe 💋🥰 will be my little get away spot.

I can’t say anything against this property Stayed at the Wyndham in a presidential suite for 3 days after our check out at the Sky Ranch. It was a toss up between which amenities we preferred Will definitely be coming back
