very upscale

I saw numerous people walk up from beach and go through the gate at pool deck and bar-restaurant without bracelets. I paid for private beach and resort amenities yet people came up and ordered food and drinks and went to the restroom and then would leave. Security didn’t enforce and that’s why I will never go back bc the resort fees are outrageous but people who don’t pay the resort fees can just walk up and enjoy the amenities. I would have enjoyed it if security had not let people in that wasn’t a guest there.

We stayed for 3 nights and loved the location. It's right on the beach which is gorgeous! Also enjoyed the pool and had had great service poolside with drinks and tasty food. You are within walking distance to everything you could need - bars, restaurants, drug store, even a liquor store. But it's easy to take an Uber or Lyft to go to places further out. The staff was great! The Nespresso machine in the room was nice!

Cons: There was construction going on over our room the last day which was really annoying. Lots of banging. The room itself was clean but seemed a bit dated, although the bathroom was recently renovated so it was nice and bright.

Beach is always very clean and accessible from the resort. Room is always well cleaned and comfortable bedding with outstanding efforts made for everyone's privacy. Tate bar and grill was accessible and provided great service.

Room rates are getting a bit pricey. Realize this is was a holiday weekend however think the Sandpearl team needs to keep things reasonable. Was quite a bit of congestion at the entrance when we were leaving. Our Uber driver had a difficult time reaching us.

The room was large, clean and had wonderful balcony to enjoy the ocean view. The pool was clean, large and had comfortable loungers. The beach area was scenic and well kept. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. The welcoming drink was a great plus.

The extra cost of the u brillas at the beach and the location of the loungers on the beach. The loungers were to far away from the water and it was stifling hot.

Location

Very very overpriced. The gym is small for the amount of people who were at the hotel - crowded with limited space and equipment.

Years ago, it was the Clearwater beach hotel. We loved it. The transformation to Sand Pearl has only improved it. Our favorite place in Florida.

The place was way more than I expected. My little girls had an awesome time swimming in the pool. Walking back in fourth to the beach. Everything was amazing!❤️❤️❤️

Wish the beach chairs and umbrellas were closer to the beach/water.

Love the pool, beach, location in general and spa is great! Super clean and all of the staff and housekeeping are great!

Buffet breakfast was not great for the price. Not sure if A La Carte is better but we only did it one day. Both kids and adults didn’t like it. Staff was great, but food was not. So we went out for breakfast daily.

Loved the pool. I love taking sun. Loved the beach very clean. Restaurant got dinner was great. Lobby was comfortable. The room was perfect for us.

In the pool are whic someone would have gotten us our chairs instead of wander around try to figure out if anyone was sitting ther. Wish you did need to play fir chairs on the beach. That is usually included in the service. Lobby needed to be cleaner. We were waiting for family and it smelled like vomit really bad. Made me sick. We had to leave we.
