I liked everything about Royal North. Check in quick and easy. Robert, the Manager was a very welcoming host and showed me through our apartment, kept fresh clean linens supplied as we laid them out after using. Apartment 107 was very clean and as if you're living in a home, gave me a great comfortable and relaxed feeling for 6 nights. Staying 6 nights we had lots of shampoo, soaps, and 4 rolls of toilet paper supplied. Id never had so much given out to me to start my stay and I stay for 6 nights lots of places when I vacation. Great heated pool, 3 minute walk to the beach, free parking spot for guests, and an excellent rate. I got a refund on my 200 dollar deposit right away when checking out. Check out was quick and easy. There's nothing more that you'd want or need and you'll have to experience a stay here to know how nice this place is. This is definitely a place I'd stay again. I love giving places like this my business. Check this place out. You'll be happy with it!

There's nothing I didn't like about this place. The location of apartments is in North Beach so you'll walk a bit if looking to visit the south end section where Opal Sands is and walking north toward Pier 60. It's not a bad walk to Pier 60. From Pier 60 north to Royal Sands section you'll have no trouble walking to anything there. Be prepared tppay 3 dollars an hour if you drive anywhere around. Again this is not anything against the Royal North.

Motel with pool, was located 1 block from the beach, we made use a full kitchen with dishes and utensils included. The bathroom was well stocked with towels and soaps and shampoos etc. The a/c was very cold!!

The pool was kinda dirty, water was cloudy and we saw strands of hair floating in it, outside lights were very bright which kept the room lit at night, the sofa bed(where my grandson slept)was treacherous and had a super thin mattress which made it very uncomfortable! He said he hated it! Furniture was outdated, some of the fabric was ripped. The broom(whch I used several times to sweep up sand) was broken and taped together and kept falling apart, go to walmart and get some new brooms!

Lots of things to LOVE about this place!! Very comfortable beds AND pillows! Plenty of towels and toiletries. Washer and dryer on premises and free to use. There were not one but two grills...gas & charcoal (with free charcoal available there). Full kitchen with mini coffee maker. Full table for eating. Comfortable living room with a sectional that pulled out. It far exceeded our expectations!! Location was perfect!! Robert was very attentive and friendly! We enjoyed our conversations with him while he was tiding up each night.

Absolutely nothing to say negative about this place and we will be returning yearly!!

The place is right across the street from the beach and less than a mile away from all of attractions and activities. It is super quiet. Robert was an amazing host, he was reachable at all times and very kind. The apartment style rooms were absolutely perfect for a week stay. We were comfortable and had more than enough room.

A/C could possibly be updated in room 104. It is in direct sunlight and stays heated during the day. It does cool off at night, though. It was not at all bad, just a recommendation 🙂

The location was excellent. 2 minute walk from the beach and less than 10 minute walk to the main restaurants and shops (there were some closer than this). Robert was more than helpful- very polite and friendly. The apartment was large and comfortable and the pool was clean and very warm!

One or two things could be updated although I think they are in the process of this anyway eg the microwave worked fine but there was no handle on it so it was very difficult to prise open. I also wasn’t expecting to be charged an amenity fee ($20 ) I had brought coffee and sugar with me so didn’t use the sachets in the kitchen and I assume loo roll etc is included in the price.

Location is amazing. Almost beachfront, walking distance to restaurants. Size of the room is good, ac on room 102 worked nice. Quality of shower is amazing, tons of water and hot/cold water works well. Bed and sofa beach super comfortable. Pool was well maintained and clean. Robert the manager was very polite.

They charged me $15 for amenities additional what I’ve paid at booking. They said should be saying on booking, but I didn’t find this anywhere. But okay, was only $15! But this should be mentioned at the description. The room was very comfortable, but it does need some updates (painting, hang the bedroom tb wall, change calk from bathtub and others) I think they are starting to do it, since the floor was brand new. Overall was a very good place to stay.

We've been staying here on vacation for a few years now and we're always happy. The apartments are spacious, clean, comfortable and having a kitchen with stocked dishes is always really convenient. Location couldn't be better, it's within walking distance to the strip and half a block off the beach. The pool is always clean and free parking and wifi are also awesome because I know not all places in CWB have free parking which if you know CWB parking is always difficult. Staff is always very friendly and prompt about fixing any concerns or needs you may have.

Overall, it was a great place. Location is great. Easy access to beach and shopping. Mattress was a little uncomfortable but i do have back problems. Staff was friendly and just a phone call away. People staying there were friendly, at least when we were there.

Just the mattress really. But to be fair i dont have a nice mattress home specifically for my back either. So not much i didnt like. Its not a 5 star hotel but treatment is 5 star. Its an old beach condo but maintained well. Maybe a bigger ac unit in bedroom and bigger shower room maybe an airvent to get moisture out after shower. But really nothing i didnt like

Older but taken care of and very clean. Nice sized rooms with kitchen (full fridge, stove). Access to the beach is across the street (not the Pier but nice beach). Pier 60 is approximately a mile down the road. Drop off for Trolly is across the street, less than a block away. ($5 you can ride all day) Pizza shop less than a block away. The bar "The Shipwreck" is two buildings down. Almost a dive bar feel, very chill. Good drinks & nice staff. 3 pool tables & a dart board.

Could use a little updating, but for the price & cleanliness you can't complain.
