Everything about this property was wonderful! The pool and views are breathtaking. Everything was super accommodating! Well worth your money!

The only thing I would give a heads up to is that the age to stay is 21 not 18. When looking at the comments through Booking.com the hotel said the minimum age was 18 but when I checked in I was told I had to be 21. Very thankful they accommodated to the miscommunication though!

The Room was excellent. We had a King Room on the top floor overlooking the intercostal. It was beautiful. We were there for 4th July fireworks and the place was perfect. We stayed two days and took advantage of the pool. The DJ was there both days and ROCKED it!! Loved the entertainment. We will definitely be back!

The only thing lacking this trip was the service around the pool. There should have been a waitress or satellite bar. instead we had to go inside (upstairs) to get drinks. The limited menu was expected but it was VERY limited! This is just a suggestion. Overall our stay was fantastic !

I love the location it was out of the way yet in the middle of everything

The mattresses were horrible woke up every morning with my back aching so did my son couldn’t wait to get back to my own purple mattress at home other than that I love the facilities the staff everything just those darn mattresses were horrible and the pillows, worst pillows I’ve ever had in a hotel It’s really too bad I don’t think we can have her stay there again because of the pillows in the mattresses they were that bad but if they were replaced with halfway decent pillows and mattresses I’d be there every year probably twice a year at my vacations

Usually, hotel room has minimum number of electrical outlets. This hotel had more than enough for our needs. That we liked a lot. The staff upgraded our room to a balcony one. We had a nice view of the waterfront, which was very beautiful.

There was nothing we can think of. Everything was good.

Lazarus the desk clerk was extremely helpful! I’d just lost my husband a few months prior, and I was there to honor my husbands birthday, and Lazarus noticed I was nervous, and once I explained why he went beyond his scope of duties to help me feel safe, confident, and relaxed!! Lazarus is the reason I will be back!!

Location, but it was still very nice

Couldn't wish for a better location. five minutes from Beech and within easy walk of places to eat. Very short Drive to Madeira Beach which is worth a visit just to chill. Lovely Greeting by Receptionist and an issue we had with the room keys ws quickly resolved. Free Parking was ample and the whole area felt welcoming and Safe. Limited food available at the Hotel, but what we saw everyone was happy, which says a lot.

A/C could have been better and struggled cooling the size of room we had.

The Location is excellent and close to many nice resturants(Slyce, Angry peppers and John pass is and Beach is 5 minute drive. Safe and super clean Resort, recommend for Families. The Heated pool and SPA are awesome, very clean and neat. Front desk Staff Bryan was super friendly and very respectable and gave some nice tips to know the area better. There is a small resturant inside the hotel and the lady is super nice and very welcoming. Overall great and wonderful experience.

Room could have been bigger but it was decent size for the money.

My husband and I smelled cannabis while enjoying the view in the balcony. The smell was SUPER strong.

The facility is lovely and the rooms with a view are great (we had a view). Otherwise it would be just another hotel. I thought it was ridiculous that they charge for both a view and parking. Staff all very friendly. Cleanliness was remarkable. Three cheers to housekeeping! Nice pool. Loved the happy hour restaurant staff.

Parking fee.

Too Pricey- double the rate we paid inly 1 month ago. Otherwise nice.
