Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Clermont

This location was just perfect and easy to into and out of. Staff was lovely and responsive. Beds in great shape and pillows were nice and fluffy. Rooms were very comfortable and the shower pressure impressive. The room and bathroom were clean and well decorated. The breakfast was well stocked and very good variety. I would stay there again for sure.

I would have liked to have had a extra blanket in the room. I spent time with the night attendant and we could not find an extra blanket in the entire hotel we settled for extra bed spreads which were sufficient.

Great hotel for work stay! Excellent accommodations. Friendly staff, knowledgeable, helpful. Clean room, great shower/bathroom. Bed linens could be a little more comfy but great price for what I needed, breakfast was fantastic! Coffee all day! I arrived early and they had a room ready for me when I got there so I didn't have to wait in the lobby!

Bed linens a little rough. Breakfast was missing a few items but nothing I missed. Tv left on in my room when I arrived, I thought someone was in my room.

The staff was very nice. The location is nice and quiet and convenient for our needs. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There aren't many choices in this area but the Fairfield is a nice place to stay.

It was a bit pricey, but comparable to other places we stayed during our driving trip.

Great breakfast but this location wasn't convenient to anything that I did.

My husband wasn't able to enter the room at 3am. The front desk couldn't help because he wasn't listed on the reservation, but he booked the reservation under his booking dot com account. He had to wake me up to let him in the room, that was pretty inconvenient.

Everything everywhere was clean. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Loved the location, just off the main highway, 50, so was quiet & peaceful, didn’t hear all the noise from the highway. But still conveniently located to everything. Breakfast was great & I like that it’s open til 10:00am, a major plus for me.

No outside area except the pool and that closed at dusk so then your stuck in your room or forced to go out and go somewhere! Nothing in the area to do

Good location to event I attended, room very clean, staff friendly.

The facility was having a new roof installed. There were several days I was in the room until early afternoon. The constant noise above me became annoying after a while. I realize the work had to be done, it was the luck of draw that I was there during that time.

We are so grateful to the staff! We forgot credit cards and a license in the room. The kind housekeeper found and returned them. A a taff member was kind enough to offer to mail them to us, which meant we did not have to turn around and drive 50 miles back to the hotel! Can not thank the staff at Clermont Fairfield Inn enough for their kindness!

Sandy the mgr was a tremendous help with all our needs even printing a picture of my handicap tag. The entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay a home away from home. Mary the breakfast staff was a great help with bringing my tray outside and was extremely courteous and professional yet caring. What a blessing.

DUE TO COVID AND A WORK CREW BREAKFAST WASN'T OF BEST CHIOCE ....POOL WAS TO COLD AND HOT TUB WAS A LITTLE TO HOT FOR ME
