Holiday Inn Express - Clermont, an IHG Hotel

The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of cereals, fruit and healthy food and hot food. The coffee was excellent and warm. The bread was individually wrapped. The cream cheese was Philadelphia, excellent brand. The juice was good. And mostly, the cleanliness and the staff were outstanding. Every time people left a table, the staff immediately cleaned and disinfected it. It was very reassuring. I feel very thankful. Also a couple of times that the staff realized that we needed to take the breakfast to the room, spontaneously brought to us a nice and clean paper bag to place our selection. We felt very comfortable.

Breakfast was ecellent.

We needed a handicap accessible room. The size of the bathroom was excellent, however, we couldn't find an electric outlet in the room. When found, it was under a mirror and not useable. Also, the room was small. I doubt someone with a large wheelchair could reach the far side of the room.

The facilities are always nice at Holiday Inn Expresses and this was no exception. Friendly staff. Parking was easy. I would recommend this hotel and I' would stay here again.

Something to note. There is only 1 elevator. If the hotel is busy you may want to take the stairs.

Love the room n place staff very friendly only thing was not happy was the gps kept making us do a u turn on eagle point we must have done it about 4 times n people were giving us the wrong directions . Your staff did stay with me on the phone after I called like 6 times . I was very happy with that n he gave me better directions.

Oh more pillows on the king bed . But I didn’t ask for more pillows because to tired to ask

well done...with covid the woman handling the breakfast was very helpful and on top of everything.

I booked for 3 days and realized i was further away from my destination. i spoke with front desk guy and he recomended i call booking.com and see if i could downgrade. they needed to speak with the front dest and they did. i was supposed to be charged just one night at 105 total but looking at my statement on my chase card and i see i was charged by holiday inn express the full 350 which was for the full 3 nights?? i will be reaching out to location but pain in the butt having to follow up on this

My flight got transferred to another location, I was able to contact the hotel to let them know and they were very understanding. They had my room ready when I got there.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The parking lot was well lighted and had plenty of parking. The breakfast was very good, better than any fastfood.

Only problem we had was a couple of the outlets on the lamps didnt work, but enough did work that it wasn't an issue.

It was good, I love the decaffeinate coffe and the veggie egg anyway everything was wonderful , the place was clean everyone was very nice. I liked it, and I would come back again and referee anyone over there.

Honestly I have no complaints

Everything was pretty good. Things are in need of upgrades and replacing but the staff keeps it clean.

The price. Two nights cost $599. Expensive for an average room.

Breakfast was very adequate. Location was great and easy to get to Monteverde Academy.

Directions to hotel on GPS wrong. Staff has tried to correct it but their efforts have not been rewarded.
