Location was perfect for my needs. Breakfast as a whole was good, could have a few more choices. Staff was very friendly and efficient.

Bed could have been a little more comfortable, maybe needed to be replaced. Bathroom shower only had one slider door to get in and out and was at the end with the showerhead. Could not reach to put shower items in the back of shower. Had to get into the shower to do this. Had stayed their previously and did not remember this problem. There were soda cans, etc and towels left by the pool, and a broken chair arm. No one cleaned the pool area except for the pool itself.

I always love staying at this hotel as it is close to friends who live in the area and its a beautiful hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was a little average for the price of the hotel but still edible :) the pool was clean and perfect for the hot september weather!! Rooms were a great size and comfortable.

I liked everything and this was my 2nd stay... but im wanting to rebook for the next year and the prices are extortionately double the price the whole year round!! I think this is extremely disappointing and i likely wont be rebooking with this hotel for this reason - a £700 stay has now turned into a £1400+ stay which is not really worth it for Clermont - this is not even Orlando or remotely close to Orlando. Disappointed and gutted!!

Room was quiet and just what I asked for....high floor, end of the hall.

"Breakfast" was just adequate.....not much variety. The biggest issue I had was the trash cans and dirty towels left outside the doors up and down the halls!! Honestly, it looked like a homeless shelter. When I asked the front desk, I was given the explanation the the manager decided it would be a good idea to do this because it helped out the cleaning staff. When I told him that the optics of the messy hallways' was terrible he just shrugged. Really spoiled what was otherwise a nice stay.

We had stayed there before. Great location, lovely room configuration, clean, decent breakfast, nice pool, friendly staff!

When we arrived, the only room available for our party of 6 was a King room when I had booked a double Queen. After a long day of driving, this was not welcome news. They had just shampooed the carpets and upholstery, which would normally be a great thing, except that the unlucky kid who slept on the floor slept on damp carpet and cushions. We did get comped for that night though and were moved to a different room the next day.

Liked the location. Applebees within walking distance was a plus. Pool area was clean. Rooms were nice but set up was tight at least on the 2nd floor rooms. We had 2 rooms on the 3rd floor that seemed more spacious.

The front desk staff were awful. Gave us trouble checking in. Tried to check out one of the rooms a day early. Very poor customer service. Little concerning that the elevators are right next to the front entrance and not monitored at night hours.

Beautiful and spacious room with a curtain separating the beds area from the sofa. Plenty of place for clothes. Amazing full kitchen. Excellent. The breakfast was outstanding. It was a real pleasure for cereal loving people like me. They also have a good variety of hot breakfast Nice facilities. Nice swimming pool area. Clean. Very friendly staff.

I requested a handicapped room, and I was told mine was. The bathroom was so tiny that I couldn't get inside with my walker. The shower design is awkward and very difficult to manage. Even my husband, who has not any disability found it hard to use.

Size of the room was good and I also liked that there was a couch and big refrigerator. The king bed was 8/10 not bad for the price. A lot of charging outlets. Complementary breakfast was a plus. A lot of restaurants near by.

The quilt we had could’ve been bigger and more fluffy. I actually would’ve preferred a blanket instead. The bathroom was smaller than expected.

This is the third time I have stayed here in the last three months. The first two times, the room was not good. I don't like the handicap bathroom, but couldn't change rooms and it wasn't what I signed up for through Booking. The third time, I received a good room. This is a fairly new hotel and the corridors are narrow and facilities are generally a bit smaller than others like it.

BREAKFAST WAS GOOD AND THE HOTEL WAS SAFE AND CLEAN.

THEY ONLY CLEAN THE ROOM ONCE EVERY FOUR DAYS AND YOU HAVE TO HUNT SOMEONE DOWN TO GET CLEAN TOWELS, POOL TOWELS, AND DISHWASHER HAS NO DETERGENT TO CLEAN DISHES WITH.

I only wish that there were a few more gluten free breakfast options. Lasttime I was there GF bagels were an option. There weren’t any this time which was a bummer. I managed though.
