Comfort Inn & Suites Crestview

The breakfast was very hot and good, they had a different variety every day. what makes the breakfast even more special is the lady who serves the breakfast, she is awesome & has a wonderful attitude. She truly loves her job and she's always good to my grandson.

The guest need to do better with their pets and respect the guest who don't have pets or care for them, I think it's rude to let your pet wonder without a leash or even run up on other guest, I hate that.

Breakfast was great, my compliments to the breakfast staff.

The bathtub was VERY slippery, I actually fell out of the tub, which could’ve been disastrous! I ended up putting a towel on the bottom of the tub to continue bathing.

The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. That was so nice after a day of driving. The room was clean and perfect for our needs.

The eggs had too much pepper. I may have overlooked, but did not see the extra pet fee. Which was fine, I did not have a problem with it, but did not remember seeing the extra fee posted.

Not that it’s the property’s fault, but other guests letting their doors slam shut when leaving, some as early as 4am!

Staff was professional and awesome. Building and room was very clean. Premises were well cared for.

Pet policy should be changed to include a clause for employees to have the ability to ask guests to remove unsafe pets. I travel with a task trained service dog that was attacked by an off leash chihuahua. This was not the fault of the staff. But staff should be allowed to request untrained and unsafe dogs to be removed from premises. Also, signs should be placed on premises that require ALL dogs be leashed at all times.

Everything went well. The staff was friendly. the rooms are spacious and clean. Just being there was a vacation because we were able to relax. I have tried other hotels in the area and none of them compare to the comfort inn and suites.

The only thing that could be better as being able to get in and put from the main road. If they could pave the road that give you access to they light it would really help.

Holly was very welcoming when I checked in. Lisa and Maddie were fantastic for the breakfast. Food was hot and was very good.

Shower temperature did not get “hot” for several in my group.

They advertise pet friendly and that is the case. However, they do not advertise there is an extra charge for our pet's stay. We didn't find out about the charge until check-in.

Breakfast was great! Both ladies were friendly, kept food trays well stocked and fresh. Area was clean and well maintained. Food was good and good variety! Good job! Only complaint was walls lacked enough sound proofing!

Greater variety of bagels.

Our house caught fire recently so we had to move into this hotel for a week to start to get our footing. The staff here are unbelievably kind and helpful, and I do mean ALL the staff. This kindness extended From the managers and front desk staff to the wonderful cleaning people. I could not praise this team enough. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone.
