You know that people can make a difference ... this is clearly what happens in this hotel. On paper, it is considered as a middle average Hotel ..... but the team that runs it turned it into a comfy 5 stars! From the check-in experience to the Bedroom cleanliness, from the great pool and so warm Jacuzzi to the excellent breakfast, all is done to make your stay a real vacation time. We booked a large bedroom with 2 queen beds and a sofa, the room size was large enough to accommodate the whole 4 members of the family with a lot of comforts. The beds were really good, and so were the pillows. All bedrooms are equipped with a fridge, a coffee machine, and a microwave. the Hotel is located far enough from the main road not to be bothered by the traffic noise.

the front desk person told me at check in that they do not honor the online booking cost and I asked someone else that worked there to explain why they don’t honor the online booking price from third party like booking.com and said it was a service charge that they add and when I asked why was that not in the up front pricing notification she said and I quote… IF YOU PEOPLE WOULD EDUCATE YOURSELF AND READ ALL THE FINE PRINT THEN YOU WOULD KNOW, BUT NO YOU COME AND START ASKING US QUESTION BECAUSE YOU DON’T KNOW HOW TO EDUCATE YOURSELF..so with that I will never book with a Holiday Inn again and especially not in Crestview Florida, which I visit a lot since I have family there.

The hotel seemed new or remodeled very well. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, they have bathtubs which is great for little kids, an indoor pool, and really good water pressure in the shower! there are also a lot of restaurants nearby. We stayed there one night on the way to our vacation destination and stayed again on the way home. We will definitely stay there again!

Brittany made check-in quick and easy. The room was great, and since there was only one (very comfortable) queen bed, it was very spacious. We liked the shelves in the closet. The pool was very nice. Breakfast was great. We were pleased that the deposit for incidentals/damages was refunded quickly. This was a last-minute reservation because we were rushing home because of hurricane Ian. We were glad we could book a room at Holiday Inn Express.

If I need to say one thing it is that the tub could use more grab bars for safety.

it was clean and was nice, location was good..

the first time I stayed I didn’t work the faucet correctly and didn’t have hot water. The second time when we got down to breakfast there was no milk, yogurt, pancake machine didn’t work, they were out of sweet cinnamon rolls. My sister was a diabetic and needed milk I went to the office to buy some and I told her about not having any and thought she would at least charge me half price or give it to me after the price I paid for the room.

Clean. Friendly attentive staff. Rooms available during the busy 4th of July holiday. Very accommodating.

Toilet seat was cracked. Had to ask for someone to pick up dirty towels and replace with new ones. Also had to have someone pick up the garbage that did not get picked up.

Location was perfect and the room was clean.

Our keys were disabled because the woman at the counter had us down for one night. Our reservations were for 2 nights and we were charged properly for the 2 nights. When we had to go to the counter to get the keys fixed, we had to wait because the woman at the counter was nowhere to be found. Finally found her and got that fixed but then we didn't have towels. It was just unnecessary problems that should have been avoided.

The woman at the front desk, Toni, was the biggest help and couldn’t have been more gracious. I don’t even have the words to say how great and helpful Toni was with us.

I will never book through booking.com again. Terrible!!! Called the 1-888 number and was hung up on twice. Booking.com even hung up on Toni the receptionist. Ridiculous customer service.

It was a really clean and welcoming environment.

The price was a little higher than most places, but we went for the holiday of the 4th so I'm sure that made it more expensive.

We were conveniently located to everything, so that was a plus. I loved the patio on the back of the property also. It was very nice.

I didn't like having a room in from of the pool area. Despite being enclosed you could still here the noise. The picture they showed on booking.com was different than the room I had.
