I felt like the coffee needed some help and the food was OK. Nothing really special.

Definitely need to improve on the coffee and breakfast bar

Me and family had a good stay at the motel. We had bugged out of Perry because of hurricane Idailah. Everything ran like a well oiled machine. Front desk was always accommodating and knowledgeable. Breakfast was good and plenty. The lady who set up the bar was a sweetheart. Very clean and organized. She was always cleaning and on her feet close by. Tell her my six months old grandson learned the joy of oatmeal in her dining room. Housekeeping kept on top of everything and the room was spotless when we got there. Thank them for taking care of our extra trash. Loved the pool, very clean.

Maybe Air conditioning in elevator would be nice. It was a tad slow.

Crestview We stopped overnight on a road trip. Front desk staff member who checked us in was friendly and inviting; I felt welcomed rather than just another person stopping through. We appreciated the text we received shortly after getting to the room which invited us to text should we need anything. Convenient location by highway with many shops and services located at this exit. Noticeably clean from outside grounds and lobby, guest room and bathroom, hallways and breakfast area. And the usual hotel breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage, and rosemary potatoes. Easy contactless checkout with text reminder. We would stay here again 🙂

One area for improvement - the gym. Treadmill out of order and the elliptical-type machine flickered off at higher intensity settings.

The location was very good, staff friendly, and knowledgeable. Bed comfortabl. TV, microwave, and refrigerator worked well. Shower and bathroom clean

The shower floor mat was stained, shower head not adjustable, and sprays everywhere. Many lamps in room, light bulbs are very dim, need to be changes out with daytime bulbs. Rooms not insulated well for sound. Next-door neighbors played their music loud. However, they stopped at 1030, so we didn't report it.

Great location, close to lots of restaurants, very helpful and friendly staff.the room was very clean

The curtains in my room were stained. Please take them down and replace them. I did not like that. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows need to be replaced because they were flat. Other than those 2 small issues everything else was GREAT

Great breakfast especially the coffee. I appreciated that you had generous hours for breakfast and could hardly believe thatcheck you limit was noon......wonderful

We had a little difficulty finding it even following our "car" directions but we did arrive at the worst possible time of day for heavy traffic. The Rasberry street sign is so tiny it is difficult to see while in traffic. Once we were there, were very happy and quickly found our way in and out.

We requested a specific area of the facility due to medical needs and the facility was happy to assist us. Upon arrival, the ladies at the desk reiterated our request and asked if the room they gave us was suffice.

found the shower and sink to have hair in it. Also found a dirty wash cloth between the folds of the shower curtain/rod. for me, this is not a 'deal-breaker' but it can make you wonder about the cleanliness of the entire room.

Location was great. Walking distance to a lot of businesses. It was quiet and seemed like a good group of guests. Great breakfast options and the staff was really nice. It felt safe and room was clean.

The Wifi was consistently unreliable. I was here on a work trip and struggled a ton with getting a good enough connection to do my work.

This Property was very clean and very well-kept. From the initial conversation I had with the The nice lady at the front desk. She was able to help me to get my truck and trailer part. The check-in was smooth and seamless. The room was very comfortable it was a queen with two beds very spacious and very clean. The next morning when I checked out they were very friendly at the front desk and breakfast was being served. I certainly recommend this location for your stay if you’re traveling on interstate 10 in Florida.

There was nothing about this property I did not like. This property is amazing

Almost everything, particularly the location, as it was within a 15 minute drive to everywhere we went. .Our room was clean; however, there was an odor coming from the refrigerator. It was just enough to notice. We informed front desk about it and they said they'd take care of it. We were there for a funeral, thus most of our time was spent away from the hotel.
