We loved the King size and bunk beds for the kids, they were very clean and comfy. Nice big screen TVs in all rooms. Kitchen was nice, included everything needed to prepare meals for the family. Washer & Dryer worked well. The pool was fun, my kids loved the slide and lazy river, Lots of towels included in our unit.

The big drying towels had a lot of lint, so every time you came out the shower and dried off, the lint would stick to your skin Back patio was too open near the lake for the kids. Unable to access internet on the first day, but we reached out to the host, and we received and immediate response. The breaker kept tripping in the unit whenever we used the coffee maker or toaster.

My family and I stayed in the new 2 bedroom condos immediately to your right upon pulling into the resort. Everything was new and at low capacity so for the most part it was a quiet stay. The front desk woman even agreed staying in the new condos were the way to go!

We wanted to stay an extra two nights but it was impossible to reach the property manager of the unit we stayed in (all units are privately owned). Bummed to have to pack up and travel to another hotel. We also reached out to property manager for an internet issue we had and never heard back as well, so I imagine I’d be upset if we had a bigger issue and didn’t hear back from them.

Units are large(4 bedrooms) with 3 1/2 baths. Trash collection is daily.

Unit didn"t have any working televisions. Finally, 2 days after check in the maintenance staff got 2 sets to work out of the 5 in the unit. Also, we didn't have internet connection for 4 days until we piggybacked a connection from a nearby unit. We also didn't have electronic door locks and had to manually open and close the unit.

I love pool,arcade,and the place had plenty of room. it was very clean. I would stay again it was cozy.

The only thing I didn’t like was beds. They weren’t very comfortable, but everything else was great.

I loved the fact that the property is gated. The pool and lazy River were the best too!! And we didn’t have to worry about it being crowded with random people.

The condo unit was new and modern.

The floors are not made of concrete. Therefore you hear the people walking upstairs. You also hear the washing machine working from the upper floor. The chairs at the pool would need to be updated as some are missing slats on them and have faded with the sun.

we have visited before and always just love the experience.

The units are individually owned and this particular one wasn’t the cleanest. the floors were sticky. The blinds kept falling off the slider door. otherwise the place as a whole is always amazing.

the 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom resort ! large and looked brand new!! hand soap in every bathroom , beds where super comfortable!lazy river and heated pool nice also

our dishwasher didn’t turn on work?? tv didn’t work, cause it wasn’t hooked up to wi fi .. didn’t know wi fi info till next day

The area

Had issues in the unit. I called and emailed property manager several times and no one responded.

The amenities were wonderful

We really needed more trash bags and toilet paper for our stay.
