The room and view were great!

The lack of indoor amenities and no activities appeared to be offered; realizing their entire outside amenities were destroyed by the hurricane.

Nice room..

No balcony or even a window to open to hear the ocean..

our stay was great ! our ocean front view was great ! our room was very clean ! The staff was exceptional and was the key to us having a great time !

the property was impacted by the recent hurricane which rendered parts of the facility inaccessible and heightened levels of on going repair with daily loud noises of reconstruction! we had 3rd party booking which stated that the property was in full effect and in fact was not ! The exceptionally friendly and professional staff was so great and was the best part of us having a great stay despite the property set backs which were caused by acts of nature !

While they did have construction going on, it wasn’t loud or annoying. It was in a nice location and close to everything. We got there early after driving all night and they went over and beyond to get us in our room as soon as they could. The staff and security were very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. I especially loved the jets in the tub! Would definitely book with them again!

I would say the only downfall was no access to the beach and no tiki bar or outdoor pool, but they are rebuilding so that makes sense.

Beautiful location. We loved it. The only downside was that we did not have the access to the beach from the Hotel. As I was not so good with my health. But other than that, when the damages are repaired from the last hurricane this is a great location.

I would have given it 5 star rating, but the construction caused some parking and elevator restrictions. However, our unit was a one bedroom. We had full kitchen, and living room area that were comfortable. We overlooked the pool and the beach. The staff stayed busy keeping us secure, and cleaning the pool deck area, so we were able to relax fully. The pool deck is a wonderful sunrise location. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Enjoyed our stay very much.

the elevator was so slow. and probably for the construction, it was draped in furniture padding, that gave it a rundown feeling.

Nobody bothered us the entire time we were there and it was very quiet which was nice

All of the rooms are oceanfront but the windows are filthy. You can still see out but not great

The room was truly ralaxing as we stay for our vacation and enjoyment of the water which is a very good factor of the hotel as it was just right out of the beach. The photos on the site really speaks for itself!

The swimming pool wasn’t available for use but they were honest to say it was unavailable for use as it was in a wreak due to typhoon or hurricane moreover we book the hotel as pool wasn’t the center of our stay.

Fine location, spacious rooms, nice furnishings,comfortable beds, full kitchen

The second bedroom did not have any place to hangup clothes, only a chest of drawers. Disappointed that the whole outdoor recreation area was not available due to hurricane damage. Had to take a shuttle to the beach.
