Adorable little motel that offered us a family experience without the hustle and bustle of crowds and tourists. The pool offered the kids a break from the beach and the beachfront view was outstanding. Perfectly located.

The patio door handle broke, but we went there fully educated on hurricane Nicole damage and were aware that door tracks on the lower level would of course have some degree of abuse. We didn't let this bother us at all, in fact we still opted to not change rooms because being oceanfront ground level far outweighed a sticky door that we could still gently open.

I paid for a cheaper room as we didn't have a lot of money to travel but was my husband's bday and the owner upgraded our room for free with a kitchen and great view. We didn't ask or know about it til we checked in so we appreciated that.

The wifi was horrible. Wouldn't stay connected and when it was was very low bar service. The cleaners they use in rooms smell awful and had to air out the room when we got there. The shower was broke, the cold water handle was coming out of the wall and there was absolutely no water pressure. Felt like getting sprinkled on outside.

Location was great for the convention center. Views are amazing but we didn't get a chance to hit the beach. Considering other hotel prices in the area it appeared to be a good deal. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Love the kitchenettes in each room. Pool is inviting.

Parking is very tight, bring a small to midsized car. Late checkout wasn't available. Utilizing the property after checkout was not an option either due to bookings.. allegedly. Beds in rooms 305 and 306 are awful worn out, they squeak when you move around. Water pressure could improve.

Location was great and staff was even better. Facility was adequate and exceeded expectations for a beach front motel at the price point. Hard to beat for the price....maybe impossible to beat for the price.

The parking situation is very tough as it is in the entire area. The staff works like mad to keep everyone happy over parking and goes above and beyond to ensure that everyone has a spot. I drove a full size long bed crew cab pickup and it was VERY tight. Not so bad for the other cars we had (we had 3 rooms). There isn't a lot that can be done about the situation, real estate is expensive on the beach and parking is at a premium. If you are in a midsize vehicle and even a mini van you'll be fine but if you have a huge truck or SUV like mine it is TIGHT. The staff will make it work if they can but it can be stressful, especially if you return late at night.

Loved that it was right on the beach. Balcony was spacious. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Liked having kitchen area.

The water pressure sucksss. Balcony door was difficult to open. It's an older motel and could use renovation. Some families may not be satisfied but my family is more focused on what's around and are easy to please if the motel is safe, clean, and affordable which the Cove was.

We booked late before the National Cheer Competition and were please we could afford your rate for the duration. It was easy to park our car and walk to the event. We really enjoyed the location and the staff were helpful and kind. We didn't plan to nor did we spend much time in our room, it was fine. The room was clean and tidy.

Our bed was not very comfortable. Since the bathroom is so small it would help to have a second mirror in the room itself. The curtain on the transom window doesn't keep the street light out of the room at night. Our room phone wouldn't dial correctly so, we couldn't call the front desk. Our door didn't close properly so the whole building shook when we slammed the door, the dead bold wouldn't engage. Basically it felt like maintenance wasn't being performed.

whole experience amazing great old school motel more like a hotel- great desk staff and pool everything amazing- superhelpfull Monic and staff every day.

The staff was great ! Coffee in the office from 7am till 11pm when it closed. Complimentary coffee packs when requested tho. Easy access to the beach. Very friendly manager. The cleaning guy wasnt allowed in your room unless you were there.

Ice machine was broken. They were short staffed like most businesses are right now. The balcony was hotttt during the day. But that's to be expected. No laundry room to do your clothes or towels.

The price, the location to our event food and other facilities, the view from the room, the staff was super nice. We'd love to stay again.

Nothing was terrible that we couldn't overlook it or be upset about it. The fridge outside was a little dirty and the door handle to the sliding glass door was broken but we managed to make it work.

The pool was nice and being able to sit by the pool and look over the ocean was great. Location was great. It was close to a lot of things to do such as food, go carting, and shops.

The beds were not the best and slanted back into the corner. The shower head was awful, no pressure. There are no windows in that particular unit, made it a little musty smelling.
