very nice. awesome for the price!!!only downside is that it’s not beach front but overall this was a very nice stay.

check should be a little they didn’t make it clear that I needed to go check in first and get gate code from hotel desk so that made us run around the property to figure out how to check in but other than that the stay was awesome

The apartment and the resort is wonderful.

We did not receive the code from Vacasa to the garage ahead of arrival despite emailing a request for the link the same morning. And had to call several times and talk to different Vacasa representatives from the car outside of the garage when arriving to Sundestin in the evening after a long day of driving, before finally getting a text with the link to get the code and being able to access the garage and then the apartment. The code to enter the pool area was inaccurate and only thanks to fellow guests at the Bahia Condos we were able to get access to the pool. Access to a grill is included but there was no gas and we could not barbeque. We told Vacasa but nothing was done over the 5 days we were there...

This condo had everything I needed and more! I really felt like I was home. Its location was close to shopping and dining and things for my kids to do, you didn’t even need to drive everything you need is within walking distance or you could take the tram. I really enjoyed having access to a full size kitchen and washer/dryer. I the will absolutely book this same condo for our next trip.

Parking was a bit hectic in the parking garage especially when you have a large truck. Spaces were tight and if you happen to leave your spot you probably won’t find another one. However there was additional parking but it was a bit of a walk away.

It is quiet, calm, and relaxing yet only a short walk away from the action at Baytowne Wharf, which has food, drinks, and activities for adults and kiddos. We like that it is located a bit farther away from the crowded beaches, but it’s not too far of a drive to get there either. We stayed in this same unit 2 years ago and noticed some really great updates this time! We especially enjoyed having the patio furniture on the balcony. Sitting out there we saw squirrels, birds, and a raccoon! TV’s with cable in both bedrooms and in the living room was nice, decor throughout is very nice. King bed in master bedroom is super comfortable! Had all we needed in the kitchen to cook meals too.

We would’ve liked having access to the gas bbq grills next to the Bahia. We couldn’t find any other grills on the property, so we drove to a nearby park instead.

It had everything we needed. Beautiful location. Easy access. Easy to get to other parts of Destin. Great places to walk and get fresh air. The pool was wonderful. I would definitely come again.

I liked the price but then it almost doubled with taxes and cleaning fees. More of a surprise. Would have liked it to me more up front on the total costs. It was abit confusing the first time to find the parking garage and where we were supposed to be. Not much signage. Could review what you send out to people to make it more clear. Once we figured it out, it was no problem.

The facilities were great, Garage Parking was ok, but don't arrive home late or you'll have hard time finding a spot. Thanks for leaving extra trash bags, and laundry stuff. Bed was perfect! Balcony view was perfect. Very quiet building.

Initially finding the hotel was difficult from the mainroad as nothing said "Bahia". It's actually across from the hotel. No instructions for Wifi Access. Wasn't very clear on how to get to the beach or how to use the beach transport system.

The location was so quiet and very nice! We loved that it was tucked away from the city. We walked to the shops multiple times, and had so much fun!

Parking was a challenge for sure. Sometimes had to walk a long way to the hotel due to lack of parking space. We also were hoping Bahia had golf carts. That would be great! We also wished the pool had been open longer than 10pm.

very clean and modern condo. centrally located to shopping and restaurants. great pool and hot tub easily accessible.

very dark at night. was a little tough to find our building due to arriving late at night.

Not much with room

The fridge was broken with knife point edge on front of fridge acident waiting to happen,you can seen its been glued back many times and not working for the outrageous price they can surely buy a new fride

Clean and beautifully decorated very good area loved that it was really close to the beach everything was great I can’t think of one thing I didn’t like about this condo we had the most amazing trip!!
