I liked the location of this property as there were golf courses so close. Also, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Even more importantly, the air conditioning unit was not loud and didn’t wake me up when it turned on/off.

I did not have anything I did not like. My stay at the property was great with no complaints. Everyone was so nice at the hotel. I would go back again without any hesitation.

They were very friendly. The room was ready for us despite the last minute booking. Everything was clean and amenities were available whenever we needed them. There are many great places to eat and have fun within a few minutes from the hotel.

There was no menu for the restaurant in our room, but that may have been because of our last minute booking. We have previously stayed here and they even gave us a small brochure of things to do in the area.

I pulled up to the unload luggage area and there were no cameras to record who stole my beach chairs after unloading my luggage and chairs. Came back down to retrieve my beach chairs in ten minutes and they were gone. Not blaming management but whoever stole them knew that somebody was coming back and decided to be a low life individual on new years eve. But location and stay for five days was Excellent!

Microwave and refrigerator in the room. Room was spacious and clean. Pool was awesome. Friendly staff.

Could have used a makeup mirror in the bathroom. Room needed more electric wall outlets so I could dry my hair using the mirror in the hutch...Or had a wall mirror near an outlet. Sleeper sofa was horrible. I went to Walmart and bought a bed topper for the mattress while we were there.

It's always nice visiting this establishment. The room is always nice. Bathroom is always nice as well as the scent of the overall room. This is one of the best hotels that I have stayed in, that's in this area. I have stayed here multiple times over the years.

Both elevators were not working, but it was beyond anyone's control.

The property was immaculate and was in a great location. Staff was extremely friendly. Check in took only moments then we were off to enjoy our vacation. Excellent restaurants (Cantina Laredo) and shopping was super close. There was an EV charger at the property which was helpful since there are no Super Chargers in Destin. I would definitely rate ty he stay 10/10!

The hotel in general, from the parking lot, lobby, and room was exceptionally clean. And staff was very friendly.

I didn't like that our room phone didn't really work, when I tried to call for extra bedding for the pull out couch.

Location for me was good. Hotel was nice, it has a small limited menu restaurant. Staff was excellent and accommodating.

The A/C in the room worked well but loud, other than that no complaints.

The room was beautiful and comfortable. We had a great view of Grand Blvd during Christmas and all the lights. Close to restaurants and shopping. Will absolutely stay here again!

Bed was a little hard for my tastes, but overall a very comfortable stay!

The staff and the hotel are great!

One of the elevators was broken, meanig everyone had to use One elevator. Sometimes the elevator was very crowded, and sometimes people could not get on because the elevator was full.
