The location is the best. It as near a Small Theme Park (Literally across the street), and the beach was right around the corner. You can walk there.

No complaints

The breakfast was very good. I am not a breakfast person but they had a great selection every day. And the attendants were very good at keeping up with refilling stuff. The pool was very nice. The beach chairs were very comfy and looked pretty new. Everything was clean.

The info says it is 5 minutes to beach. We did walk down to the beach access but it was a very small area you could sit in. All the beach to the left and right were private for the buildings there. So we ended up having to drive to the beach which wasn't a big deal and not far either but I was hoping to just walk to the beach.

This was the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at! The staff was incredibly helpful keeping the breakfast stocked each morning. I’ve never seen so many cleaning staff throughout the day at one property. The location is great, right in between all the fun things to do on the main strip. The lady at the front desk even offered to upgrade our room for free. The pool was great, there were floaties already there and outside bathrooms not shown in pictures.

It might have just been my misinterpretation, but I thought this property had access to the beach. It does not, staff told us beach access was at the end of the block. We walked there and it was the smallest roped off area that was for the public. I would recommend loading up and driving to a public beach area if you stay here.

I liked almost everything about this hotel. the checkin was fast and accurate. the room was clean and fresh. the location was perfect. the breakfast was delicious and plenty was available.

I have one complaint about this property. one morning of our stay,someone knocked on our door and before I could get up and to the door it opened and a man was standing in the doorway. a second later the door closed and I was there by then and it was 2 maintenance personnel one was going in another room and one came back to talk to me. they were maintenance and had entered the wrong room. this is not acceptable at all to me.

Location close to the beach and the fact that the hotel has a clean pool that my kids had wonderful days playing and having fun there!Very clean rooms, a wonderful breakfast with great variety and certainly one of the best I've had the pleasure of tasting!

At the reception I had the WORST service of my entire life! The receptionist had the ability to leave me talking to myself, turned her back on me and locked herself in her office, totally ignored me and still refused to say her name! Simply frustrating given the price I paid for the hotel and to make matters worse related to this fact they blocked my access to my room A ROOM THAT WAS PAID for and they didn't even tell me the reason for the fact!

The facilities were exceptional and Clean. No issues.

We chose to pay at the property and they charge our card way early before check-in and then they tried to charge us $100 over the reservation price. Also at checkout they DOUBLE charged for the entire price and told us it will be back in our account 7-10 days and that it was pending not actually charged to the account but it was taken out of the account. We had to make them release it immediately before we left the property.

The location was just perfect and was close enough to the beach and to the vet clinic we were taking one of the dogs to and was outside the bad traffic of Destin. The pool and the outside area was lovely and the staff was really very friendly and helpful and it was very quiet. The location was very convenient and was very easy to get out and in and there were several restaurants within walking distance.

The breakfast was a little bit limited and probably could’ve been better. A greater variety of fresh fruit would have been appreciated. And bacon and/or ham instead of the cut up sausage.

I was not aware that I needed to request that our room was cleaned regularly. Unfortunately, the lady at the desk did not update the request in the computer and my request was not updated. We had plenty of sand from the beach throughout the room that remained there during our entire stay. I wish that the need for cleaning needed to be requested upon checkin.

location was great. the hotel was in the middle of everything. it was clean. there’s a gym, and laundry room were convenient. pool is open until 10pm. the back porch restaurant and beach are in walking distance.

I got tired of the same breakfast after a few mornings.
