The staff was great. Our phones broke, and we had no other GPS system to use. They looked up the closest Verizon store and printed the directions out for us.

The bed was hard and not comfortable. Our room was located on the inside by the pool. The light outside the window didn't turn off or dim during the night. The bed was right beside the window, so it was hard to sleep with all the light coming in. We could hear kids running up and down the hall to the pool until really late.

Loved the indoor pool and hot tub. All of the employees were awesome. very clean place and well maintained. We loved the private access to the beach across the street.

It was too expensive for how old the facility is. They are trying to get top dollar for what they use to be years ago. They have updated a lot but no complete yet. The beds are terrible.

Loved that I could do everything indoors. Pool. Jacuzzi etc.

The beach access. You cannot set up an umbrella. You have to rent one. You can’t bring chairs. You have to rent one. And you cannot even sit In the sand unless it is in the “club Destin” area. So if you are close to another hotels area they make you move. Sadly none of that is labeled.

Housekeeping needs to be more detailed bottom of toilets need to be checked after housekeeper finishes the room all dust needs to be checked it was very dusty also maybe a better mop or broom on the floor there were still hair left I’m a owner of a cleaning business so my eye to detail is very professional. other then that everything els was great we enjoyed our stay. definitely would consider going back.

Location was amazing. We have 7 in our family and everyone slept comfortably. There was a room available with plenty of bed space. The kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub. The rooms are big, comfortable, and clean. Kitchen had everything you needed and laundry facilities available.

The outside is not pretty and needs a face lift.

Location is very convenient, front desk staff is friendly and informative. On rainy days you can spend your day in the indoor pool or playing any of the games they have available or watching a movie in their theater room.

Only thing we disliked were pretty much the pans available for use. They are not non stick, maybe bring one from home.

it is not handicap friendly, the floors needed cleaning. my child’s white socks were black after walking around the condo. the second bathroom shower curtain smelled sour. they just need a good cleaning.

The whole process was easy. I bought the room online. We get there and reception was really nice. The hotel is near a lot of things to do in destin. The hotel has a lot of activities like pool, hot tub, movie room, arcade ect. There's the Calhoun beach trail super close that leads us to the public beach. The price was great.

the front desk offered a map and coupons to local attractions. plenty to do within the property itself

the walls were paper thin and could hear everyone that went thru the atrium entrance door. the atrium made it look like there was sunlight coming thru the windows at all times.
