I would give the place a 8/10. We happened to be there during an unusually cold spell so we didn't get to enjoy the grounds. I know the area and its good for walking to the beach and restaurants. There wasn't any working heat in the kids room, the ceiling fans were dusty, which we didn't know until we turned them on. Covers were oddly off the bathroom vents and we could only get the weather channel on the TV in the living room. Besides that the place was equipped with everything I needed to make our Christmas dinner and breakfast, the view was good and could be enjoyed while I was cooking. Someone did call to see if I needed anything, but I didn't want to bother anyone at Christmas and the things I listed were not much of a bother at all. I would rent there again without hesitation.

The condo was exceptional!! The view from Condo 1007 was second to none, condo was comfortable, modern and very well designed!! Not many people here in the off season, but when I got locked out of my room and forgot my electronic code for the door- the security guard was so sweet and let me use him phone!! The pool near the beach was very warm (almost like a hot tub) which was great with the cool temperature! The beach was also beautiful!

My kids were very bummed that the massive kids pool was ice cold. Did not see a single person in there our entire stay because it was literally colder than the Gulf! unfortunately the warm pool is quite the hike from the condo building (across a street even) so that made for a freezing walk after the swim!

Everything was very nice and very clean. The entire property is maintained very well. The parking lot is well lite at night. It's a very nice place.

The one and only complaint that we had was about renting the beach chairs and umbrella. $50 for the day and $40 for a half day is too much when I already spent $1327 on the room for six days.

We were very pleased with our stay. The condo was very clean and the view of the gulf was beautiful. We will definitely stay here again. The staff was great. I would recommend sterling shores 1016 to anyone.

The beach rental could use some work. We found out that the 1st row is reserved for people who pay weekly of yearly. I wish the 1st row next to the gulf was for tourists staying at sterling shores instead of people who pre pay. And also tourists should be able to reserve a spot instead of 1st come 1st serve.

Very easy check in. We had one issue that 2 rm bands were not in the unit, but the front desk rectified it immediately. The property was close to the beach, stores and restaurants. The unit was clean with plenty of towels. The pools were great and not too crowded. There were a lot of families, but you didn’t see wild kids all over the place. There was a nice bar/sandwich shop by the heated pool. Nice drinks. Will definitely stay at the property in the future.

The only issue was the wait for the elevator, but understandable because of the amount of people.

Sheri Sailers at the front desk was AMAZING! She helped make check in a seamless process, was so accommodating and understanding (I have 3 kids 4 and under) and did a fantastic job overall communicating with us about our stay. Location was great! Short walk to beach. Big pools with plenty of room to spread out. Kids had a blast!

Overall great, however, sofa bed was awful. And needed a couple more blankets in the room. But otherwise great facilities and would go again with my family.

Only thing that could have been better was the shower. The pressure was awful so washing my hair was not easy with the amount of water pressure that was coming out of the nozzle.

it was our second stay at Sterling Shores. we loved it so much the first time, that we encouraged two other couples to stay here as well. we will be staying here again!

due to the pandemic there were a couple things needing repair but parts were not available. the sheets on the king bed certainly have seen better days and need to be replaced.

The seating of the living should have a recliner instead of a high back chair, the chair was beautiful but not comfy for sitting only other seating was the sofa sleeper and it was very comfortable, but men like to have a recliner, as a mater of fact the living room actually big enough for 2 matching recliners which would be very comfortable to relax in during the day while watching movies, loved the LG TV with netflex

Loved everything about my room. Very Relaxing

The office worker I last talked to when checking out Honestly sounded like she could careless. Its no contact checking in or checking out which I believe needs to change fast. Owner was very nice and approaching. Still overall Great Experience
