Bayfront Inn 5th Avenue

everything but the situation when we arrived and the booking rate was not honored and clerk said she cancelled our reservation because it was a booking error and she could only give us a 179.00 rate. I was furious as that has never happened to us. you pay whatever booking reserved it for on their site. we could have gone to other places much cheaper but because of this fantastic deal we booked Bayfront. very frustrating. we ran into two other people at frontless checking in and they did the same story and then offered them a lower rate then us. what a mess. booking should pay the 179.20 minus the 31.25. this is your IT computer error and false advertising. please resolve as we have inquired after our trip and during. unneeded stress!

location, view, amenities.

Everything was perfect. The rooms, location, beautiful view, walking distance to everywhere. The staff was so great. We made a mistake with the reservation and the resolved it immediately. Thank you guys for that.

Food an drinks downstairs, outside. Not so good attention, may be because they were on time to leave and wanted us to pay. Understandable. Drinks were not so good.

close to 5th avenue and tin city . excellent restaurant. fun atmosphere

rooms need updating . wish pool was bigger and i wish there were wait staff assigned to work the pool . noisy air conditioner in the rooms. every room needs a microwave . i couldn’t even heat up food in my room .

The only thing is we didn't know it was happy hours n I was dining n drinking n never was once told about the happy hours untill a guess mentioned at the pool about it but it was already 6:05 so at that point my husband said let's go somewhere else for drinks

The hotel sits on a little marina, and they have a cabana where meals and drinks are served and the view is great- also live music on weekend nights ( I think from Thursdays to Saturday ). Very pleasant stay with a Caribbean vibe, nice heated pool, close to shops, restaurants, boat trips etc. Rooms are comfy - ask for one with view, it’s worth it.

The treadmill is not user friendly and the gym is small but it’s functional. Hotel guests did not line up to use the equipments anyways.

Bayfront Inn is an older, small, unpretentious and comfortable hotel. Location fronting the bay is great for water sports, fishing, etc. Bay view room was small but comfortable, and overlooked very attractive harbor. Staff was friendly and very helpful. A variety of excellent restaurants within walking distance. Hotel has a bar and restaurant and a small pool and excellent spa. Beaches are a short ride away. Charter fishing boats, as well as boat and kayak rental, are nearby and reasonably priced.

The hotel's address is misleading. We drove up and down 5th Avenue looking for the hotel, but finally learned that it is not on 5th Avenue but on Goodlette-Frank Rd., just north of 5th Avenue. It is hidden behind some foliage and just inside the entrance to in a new development named "Bayview". Signage is minimal. Rooms had latest televisions, but no access to premium movie channels. Staff provided an HDMI cable which allowed connection from Netflix, etc., on our laptop to the TV. Restaurant was often understaffed, and meal service ranged from fair to poor.

The breakfast was served hot and exactly as ordered. Your entire wait staff was great but Leslie stood out as being superb. She asked our names after introducing herself initially and then call US by our names for the rest of the breakfast. Plus that girl hustles... She did not walk she trotted back and forth and she was really working very hard to make our breakfast very pleasant. In addition to that she was extremely personable and very easy to talk to and get to know. We like that in a hotel because it gives us a family sort of atmosphere. Leslie is a true gem and added greatly to our visit. Steve and Robin Adams

The location was great close to and walkable to several restaurants and shopping. The bed was very comfortable loved it!

When we arrived the bathroom had several long black hairs in the tub. A little disappointed had to ask twice for someone to clean the bathroom. Near the end of our stay I turned on the bathroom light and saw a roach running across the floor I was able to step on it I hate roaches!

Location was good. We walked to Tin City for dinner one night and for a sunset cruise. The on-site restaurant has a really nice view of the water. We had an excellent breakfast at a place nearby but the restaurant also had a nice breakfast menu. The room was comfortable, the check in was quick and the staff were all very nice. It was a good place for us to stay for our first visit to Naples.

The property needs some updating, but it was clean and comfortable.

Good location, EXCELLENT staff, dining options in walking distance. Beach not too far away.

The first room we were given was not very clean ….. But when I spoke to Elle at the front desk she immediately changed/ updated us.
