The suite was like a small condo or apartment…. It was well laid out and had a full kitchen. The pool area had a hot tub and it nicely done with a fire pit and cook out facilities… The elevator was being worked on and the staff offered to help with bags.. I have stayed at nicer properties with the same issue and no offer to help with bags….. Good location, easy access to the east side of naples or the west side via Davis Blvd or US rt 41.

While the suite was nice and roomy and the hotel worked for me, some people may not like because the property drew lower middle class people also I had some locals tell me that there can be police activity at the property. Also no free breakfast…….

We had an amazing stay! First Night was a little challenging, but security took care of the issue and the rest of the week was wonderful!

Please close the pool later then sunset, that was frustrating for my son who came back from a football tournament and was so looking forward to the pool with his friends. But was closed at 7pm.

This place was great! Staff were friendly and efficient, pool was awesome, room was satisfactory and beds and pillows were perfect! The location was amazing because it was within walking distance or a short drive to a lot of beaches and restaurants. There is an IHOP restaurant in the same parking lot and we would bring breakfast back to our room. There is also an Olive Garden within walking distance from the parking lot. Bone Fish and Pinchers is also nearby. Laundry on facilities is also a nice touch. Extra kudos to Robert for helping us twice with our safe. (totally our fault)

The only thing that needed attention was the carpet in our room. Most of the floor was laminate and clean but the carpeted area needs to go.

This is a great value and great location! You can walk to the Tin City area just South, fun, original fish bar restaurants. I went for a power walk in beautiful Baker Park that’s also got a fabulous kids playground. Red Roof staff was really helpful and friendly.

Surrounding area has some ugly Florida construction of yet more high rise bland condos.

The people at this hotel have gone above and beyond we are waiting for a motorhome to be delivered they actually gave us a late check out time then the motorhome company didn't deliver the motorhome on time for us to be checked out so they had no issue letting us continue to keep the room they have gone above and beyond to make this comfortable and easy for us

I was in the room for only 7 hours of sleep, unfortunately, it was pouring rain the entire night of my arrival so I did not even get a chance to see the pool. It is within several hundred feet from both an IHOP and an Olive Garden.

The pool and gardens around it. Advertised accurately. Just like pictures. It's an old motel which has been loved on a lot and transformed. A beautiful garden of Eden is hidden from the road. Great location to sights and shopping in Naples.

Room Updated. Very clean!!!! Being not full Front Desk seemed to space out the guests. Seemed to be an empty room between each occupied room, which in my opinion was a smart move. Located right off the main road. Good value for a Friday night. Nice pool too!!! Also PET FRIENDLY, which was awesome!!! No fee!

Toilet in room didn't flush properly, however on check out reported to front desk Attendant.

Great room, screened porch, good pool

The sink in the bathroom was improperly installed and washing hands was quite difficult. There were also some sketchy clientele staying in the hotel which made it somewhat uncomfortable.

Loved the Screened in private balcony space. Center court area was very well kept and always very clean.

Suite could use a slightly larger garbage can for more than overnight stays. We stayed a week and had to transport garbage to can by the stairwell. Couldn’t get fire pit to work two nights that’s we were there.
