Our room on the ground floor facing the pool area. The pool area was very pretty and well maintained. The Tikki hut had 2 TV's and we sat outside under it 1 evening and enjoyed a cocktail from our room while watching a show. They did not offer lunch or drinks at the cute little bar area where breakfast was served. Breakfast was simple hard boiled eggs , cereal, bagels, pastries , coffee and juices.

Limited selection for breakfast. I understand they do state its a continental breakfast so that's ok.They did not provide tissues in the bathroom. A floor length mirror would have been nice. The mirror in our room was hung for a very tall person. But overall the accommodations and stay were pleasant.

It was such a nice hotel. They let me check in early, the beds were super comfortable and our hotel was beautiful. Good simple breakfast served by the pool. One of the best, cleanest, most comfortable hotels and close to everything. Tip: check in early and request a 1st floor room near the pool, the 100's side, its the best rooms. I had the Standard King room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very affordable and close to everything. Highly recommend 👌

I was welcomed very friendly and got every answer to my many questions in a very friendly way. The room was perfectly situated with view to the swimming pool. I loved the possibility to sit at the pool or just sit in the schady breakfast-place at the table with view to the pool. No noise at night. I am very satisfied.

The only thing I can think of is that some people occupy the pool-chairs for hours with their towels without being there.

The room was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was decent— muffins, bagels, cereal, boiled eggs, etc. The location was very convenient. The maid came by to make the bed and tidy up every day, unlike so many other hotels these days.

A microwave in the room would be useful. The hotel also allows smoking outside the rooms, and some of the guests below me were smoking and chattering in Spanish late into the night, which was annoying but not the hotel’s fault.

Excellent value for convenient to Naples. It was a quiet and clean space to sleep. Loved the vibe outdoors! The space included a very lovely pool with a palm roofed shade area, where they also serve breakfast. Lovely gardens! Wonderful, helpful staff. I prefer this over a large resort or a huge hotel. I have recommended this to my daughter who is coming down next week! 

Breakfast was minimal, but the ambience of the space made up for that! Happy to have coffee around the pool.… 

We were here for the second time. Convenient location - close to the beach. Walk about 20 minutes. Good breakfast, very clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds. Change towels, clean, made beds daily. The AC was quiet. We had a great vacation. Excellent service. Thanks to all guys! We would definitely like to come back here. Highly recommended!

Great hotel in very good condition, well maintained. Warm welcome from the réception staff and Nice clearing people. Very confortable room. Wonderful pool open till 10pm. Pleasant continental breakfast offered daily at the pool. I strongly recommand this place even if it is a little bit noisy due to US41.

As said before, it can be à little bit noisy sometimes but nothing critical.

Great location! Easy to find from highway, with many food options, etc., nearby. The staff were very helpful; I had received communication several times prior to my (quite late) arrival. Breakfast staff were attentive with refills!

Breakfast was available under a roof near poolside, on a chilly -- no, COLD!! -- morning in March, when I really would have appreciated an indoor option!! Layout of the building and amenities was clearly a slightly remodeled 1960s era motel.

We had a big, quiet room with a comfortable bed, fridge, flat screen, space galore for packing and unpacking. Staff were friendly. Everything was squeaky clean. The garden was beautiful (it was also full in the afternoon, and a party vibe was in the air).

Breakfast was a bit lack-luster, but the Tiki outdoor seating made up for it. Quiet rooms go out to the parking lot - so you miss the view of the garden. well, can't have it all ... ;-)

I liked everything about the hotel and my stay. The room was clean, staff very attentive, and the continental breakfast was adequate & a great start to the morning. The rates were very reasonable, & I would most definitely stay here again!

There was nothing I "disliked". While this is an older building, It is clean, well maintained, & has a nice atmosphere. Yes, there may be some little spots that need some paint or attention, but in NO WAY were they offensive or had a negative impact on my stay.
