The breakfast they offer... the surrounding restaurants... easy access to the interstate... a Wal-Mart that is 2 minutes away... a great pool to relax by... I really love how housekeeping kept my room clean and worked to make my stay so comfortable... THE STAFF WAS AMAZING...

Great location to everything you need or want to do in Naples and a very short drive to Marco Island. The beds were super comfy. Breakfast is basic but sufficient.

The bathroom was small and needed some updates. The layout of our room was extremely narrow. The foot of the bed was so close to the furniture that it was hard to maneuver the luggage. Only enough room for one person to walk thru which made it cumbersome for the 3 of us to freely move about the room. The pool area is very small with just a few chairs so we never used it.

Everything and Everyone. Kristy at the front desk was terrific . The “chef” at breakfast was so accommodating. Hotel room, public areas, etc. very clean.

The lighting in the room a little dark especially if you’re on the first floor and aren’t comfortable opening the blinds. Room a little cramped from the end of the beds to closet, dresser, desk areas

Great breakfast and coffee. Staff was very personable and willing to answer any questions we had. Room and bathroom was very clean when we entered.

The ice machine is only on the first floor (my room was on the second floor).

Front desk person when we arrived was definitely disinterested; felt she’d rather not be disturbed. We checked in after 9 at night.

We were amazed from the moment we crossed the doors! A really clean place, with nice spaces! The breakfast was really good as well! It was great to have the opportunity to stay with you! 😃👍🏼

It was clean, the bed was comfortable and it actually had a blanket on it and not just a sheet.

I came to see my best friend and she also was getting a room. She’s a local and I was coming from about 3 hours north. They wanted to charge her 250 for a deposit that you wouldn’t get back for 7 days. She ended up staying at another hotel. I guess the fee is to keep the druggy and parties away but it should be on a case by case basis. You could tell we were just there to visit. No parties. We would stay again but only if our friend is not getting a hotel other wise we would have to find another one

There was nothing that I can think of that I didn't like.

I wouldn't of been able to enjoy breakfast because I had to leave the next morning at 6am to work (mobile nursing)but i expressed to her that I had to leave if there was any way to get BB(breakfast in a bag) the receptionist and kitchen lady gave such awesome customer service we were able to enjoy the breakfast I will definitely come again.. thankyou

convenient location. a/c and shower water pressure excellent

toilet seat was not clean. had crap on it. in the bathroom saw 2 baby roaches. under the bed 2 liter bottle of water half drank. obviously cleaning wasn’t done.
