Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Naples

Where do I start, the room was awesome. clean everything was in good working order. The heated pool and jacuzzi were super clean and had pool noodles and toys for the kids. We are out of towners going to the beach and ask if they had chairs for us to rent and they didn't BUT give us 4 chairs and an umbrella to use at the beach, how awesome is that!! The staff are 6 stars in my book, so friendly accommodating, always a smile. the breakfast was great, and had different options daily - the coffee was the best! Access from the Fort Myers airport was approx. 25 minutes, and 20 minutes to the Beaches.

The hotel is set back from a busy road so it is quieter. The hotel is within walking distance to local restaurants. Appreciate the large selection of the breakfast menu.

2 bdrm suite - No clothes rack to hang up clothes in the main/master bedroom. Looks like it was taken down. The eating table is not adequate for a family of 6. The main a/c unit is housed in the master suite and is very noisy when the circulation fan runs. The air blew right at the head of the bed in our face. Changed louver direction to up. We had to use ear plugs at night. It would be nice to provide them for guests if needed. The unit could have used a few more cooking supplies, ie mixing bowls, and a cutting board. We bought a bag of salad mix. Nothing to put it in or utensils to mix with.

everything about this property was simply wonderful the front desk staff every each and every one of them fabulous. In the pool area the lady that took care of my room everyone was just simply off the charts. Breakfast in the morning was served nice and hot and any time any of the platters were empty, they made sure to come and fill them so everyone would have plenty. I can’t say enough about this hotel. I hope it doesn’t get ruined and looking forward to staying here many times in the near future.

Lots of mosquitoes in the pool area but I don’t think there’s anything that you can avoid

I had messaged the property inquiry if their two bedroom suites have ovens and I was told “all suites have ovens” if you review my chat with the hotel you will see this conversation. I inquired due to my children are allergic to gluten and I have to cook most of their foods oven cokes in handy. I arrived to the hotel with the mindset of having an oven in my room.

They took us in during Hurricane Ian and kept everyone safe and comfortable. They were always at the front desk, they answered a billion questions and were friendly and helpful, When the power went out they tried to get a generator, they had flashlights and batteries to light the halls. The staff were INCREDIBLE especially considering they probably wanted to be home with their families. I can’t thank them enough. The room was spacious and the kitchenette was fantastic. It was nice to have a sofa bed in a second room and a desk to work.

It was perfect

staff was very welcoming, nice and hospitable. great customer service. The grounds and property was nice and well kept. breakfast stations very clean, good nice breakfast with lots of variety. our kids loved it. they provided a lot items like toothpaste, toothbrush extra towels and washes.

we were first placed in a first floor room and when we opened it their was some small roaches in the living room. my BF kindly asked if we could be moved and right away they accommodated us to another room. In all fairness this is our 2nd stay here and I just feel like this last room we were given was a much older room that hadn’t been used in a long time. I mentioned it to them and they handled it very professionally and were very kind. we love staying at this property and always have a nice pleasant time.

The managers are AMAZING!! The rooms are big, the facilities are excellent. They have a free beer and wine night on Wednesday evening. Ours came with free burgers and chips. The breakfast is awesome. We stayed here for 10 days when we moved to Naples before we could get into an apartment. I must say everything about this hotel makes you feel at home.

Excellent location, many places to eat nearby and a Publix across the street. Multiple beaches within a 20 minute drive. Hotel is clean, staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast was hot and fresh and a large selection of foods to choose from each morning. Pool was refreshing, cabanas were relaxing. We used the outdoor grill by the pool as well. Room was like a small apartment. Great size and amenities. Can't speak highly enough of this hotel, would definitely stay here again!

Nice spacious rooms. Pool is lovely. Free Breakfast. Staff very friendly. Clean.

The rooms need updating like new curtains snd carpet. Instead update carpet to better flooring. Carpet and heavy curtains retain a bad smell. Tv's are not positioned well in the room- have 2 tv's for living area and bedroom. Serve lunch and drinks for the pool crowd. Have a shuttle to drop off at the beach.

We having been coming to Naples for 20 yearsnow. We normally stay at the staybridge suites but after staying here it will be our new place to stay.. Facilities were excellent. The staff was absolutely awesome. My wife is disabled and they made sure the accomadations were easy for her to manuver thru the hotel..And we have a service dog who was welcomed with open arms. Thank you so much for a wonderful and relaxing vacation

Loved everything. We travel to Naples 2x a year. The only place we will be staying. Thank you again
