Conty's Motel

Great, kind and helpful staff. I would recommend this motel for sure. It’s very comfortable too! The location is perfect. Close to shopping, downtown and Marco Island. The grounds are kept well and the cleaning staff is excellent! Thank you so much!

It is actually perfect for our situation. I did not find anything wrong in our room and nothing wrong with the daily cleaning and staff. Just excellent overall. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

It was a quaint lil motel. The owner was kind enough to accommodate our late check in. The room smelled clean and was made up nicely. It had a mini fridge and a microwave, a place to hang our clothes with hangers. It had a sitting area outside of each room for smokers or just to sit outside and relax. Even though it was off a main street, it was very quiet and very little traffic noise. It was centrally located near river walk and bay front and the beach.

Not a big thing, but we needed to get a couple rolls of t.p. which they happily gave and there was no shampoo or conditioner or hair dryer. Not many towels but enough for us.

The price is great for the area and although the hotel is older it's been really decent shape and is well maintained.

The beds need to be replaced.

This hotel ist ein excellent Alternative to the other expensive hotels in South Florida. My room was very clean had no carpet and even a little terras with chairs and table to enjoy my breakfast. Additionally across the hotel is one of the best Mexican restaurants of Naples I highly would recommend to do a visit over there.

Well some of the plumbing needs some attention in the bathroom.

I loved the family-friendly atmosphere! The staff were always attentive. I felt safe the entire time I was there. I really like the men and women on site continuously walking around and available. I felt safe the entire time while being alone some of these hours in a new space. The pool was fresh, cold, and refreshing 😌 will stay again and soon! Thank you, Conty's 😊

Although the rooms and outside is very old and needing an update badly the rooms were cleaner than your first impression gives. The staff is outstanding with their hospitality. The man at the front desk even bought my daughter a barbie because they shared the same birthday which was during our stay. I have stayed here multiple times due to their hospitality and rates and will continue. It's a quiet place for a stay and in a great location!

It needs an update for sure, very old items in the rooms and some beds are worn out, door frame was coming apart hard to open and close on room #3.
