everyone was very nice. Whitney checked me in & was friendly & extremely helpful. She is a major bonus to your hotel with a big smile & beautiful personality. I was leaving the next morning after visiting my very ill 90 year old father & i think she must have picked up on my sad feeling. She made me feel calm & at home. Thank you Whitney!

Friendliness staff: Karrie, Stan the MSN, and Amelia were very professional 👏 and courtesy 👏 to ensure our visit was enjoyable. Around the clock, refreshments such as lemonade, hot chocolate, and amenities were available. Fresh towels daily. Great 👍 breakfast. The grand finale was fresh, clean, and comfy 😌 🛌 bed. Hot showers. Everything was great.

Bed was super comfortable, AC was on in room when we got there so we weren't sweltering while it got to a comfortable temperature. Staff was super friendly! Hotel was clean and smelt cl w an too. I actually saw people mopping, wiping down counters and tables. There was a small store that was stocked with drinks and snacks!

Our special needs daughter was with us, she had the pull out sofa, she said it wasn't very comfortable. The refrigerator in the room didn't work vwry well and there was no way to fix it.

Room was very clean, smelled wonderful and the bed was super comfy! I didn't want to leave the bed. I have a bad back and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in. Perfect amount of pillows, and towels, did not have to ask for more.

We are early risers. By the time complimentary breakfast started, we had been up for two hours and out of coffee. Need to provide enough coffee, sugar, and creamer for two cups per room guests.

I didn't like the fact that booking.com charged me more than when I made my own reservation . I definitely will make my own reservations next time..

We liked everything. The location, and everything was totally accessible and within a short distance from the hotel. The hotel was exceptionally clean, friendly staff, great breakfast. Overall just extraordinary.

The only thing that I would suggest is a shuttle for guest to and from the airport. Other than that no dislikes.

staff was wonderful and breakfast was good. would most def stay there again! We had a HORRIBLE experience with another booking of a motel that said it was a hotel in pensacola so we moved to comfort inn and it was THE BEST decision! everything was fantasic! My only thing is I wish it was closer to the beach but no biggie! It was overall a fantastic weekend!

Everything went well. I was happy with the breakfast. I made my own waffle, there were breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, muffins, cereal, etc. There is coffee and the ability to make your own hot chocolate 24 hours. The night front desk attendant makes sure that you are safe, as he provides security at night. The room is large, quiet, and with a comfortable bed. Everything was clean!

Room was comfortable and clean. We were in room 515. The AC had to stay on 60° literally the entire time to stay cool but it was the top floor in the Florida sun. Staff was always very nice.

Breakfast needs help, we were there for a week and every day it was the same thing every morning. Was a bit over priced in my opinion.

The hotel was dated, but clean. My biggest problem is that there are homeless people staying right of the property. That area is cluttered and filthy and doesn't feel safe to drive through. Scyther thing is like to see changed is that you need non-carb foods for breakfast. Eggs by themselves. Cooked sausage - by itself. All I could have every morning was coffee.
