Hilton Garden Inn Pensacola Airport/Medical Center

Overall, the people were very friendly. Food at the bar was great. Location was great for our purposes.

Our shower door hard to open and close… left a big puddle on the floor after one shower and was very slippery. Was told needed to order towels the night before when asked for towels… was able to get new bath mat to replace soaked one. Bed too soft and a little saggy. Would have preferred cleaning at least one day. Door to our room had just been repainted and was sticky the day we arrived.

The property was super nice and clean. Check in was easy and quick. The staff was so polite and when we walked into the room it was superb. It smelt and looked so clean. The location was excellent so many great places to shop and dine. They are also pet friendly. I would definitely stay here again! It was excellent!

The only problem we had was that one of the remotes didn’t work but we switched them and it was fine. We were enjoying Pensacola so having two tvs wasn’t a main concern lol. The setup in our king suite was awesome tho. Perfect for families with the sofa bed.

Very clean, pleasant staff; easy check in and out. Super comfy bed. 😊. Plenty of towels. I liked the toiletries provided in bathroom.

There was a very nosy fan in the hallway just outside our door, but the room must have been well insulated as it wasn’t too bad with the door closed. I expected complementary breakfast at this price.

Front desk staff was superb. They were all friendly, welcoming, and inviting personalities. It's definitely the best I've experienced thus far.

My stay was not long enough. We were down for my daughtera cheer competition, and it went by too fast.

The room is great. Glad to use Airport Shuttle to save our money. Thankful for the restaurant at the hotel.

We were surprised there was no free breakfast at all!! We loved other hotel that we stayed in Florida under same company that provides Free breakfast. BUT For this hotel Hilton Garden. No free breakfast at all?

loud for a place in the price range, breakfast was mediocre not worth 20 bucks (ladies working bfast were nice) gym tvs didn’t work

The staff were competent but not overly friendly. We had some friction with checking in and leaving our bags. Ultimately, the stay was fine though. We would consider staying there again.

The staff was great! The Breakfast bar was perfect. Hot and cold food that would please anyone. Plus could order from a menu! Rooms were great! Quiet! I would like to stay there again!!

I loved this hotel. The staff is amazing. I accidentally left an item in the room when I checked out and the hotel mailed it to my home. The pool, weight room, ambience is all wonderful. I will stay here again in the future.

The location is very close to the airport. The bar, dinner and breakfast were great.

I thought it was expensive. I was asked to change rooms after my key didn't work and maintenance couldn't fix it.. They gave us a complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience.
