Hyatt Place Coconut Point

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Place Coconut Point. Very friendly and efficient check in process. Same for checkout. All the staff I've been involved with have been professional and friendly. Very nice equipment and comfortable room. Outstanding mattress! The only thing that's missing is a microwave... But maybe it's on purpose. The pool is well sized, and the surrounding amenities more than suffisant. I will definitely come back to this Hyatt Place. It is as well walking distance from all the great shops and restaurants of the Coconut Point Mall.

nice spacious room, nice building, we stayed with our dogs and didn’t have a problem about it. they only allow 2 dogs max, 50lbs and they charge you a $75 pet fee, which I was expecting so I didn’t mind.

the breakfast was a little meh, and I searched my towels and bed for hairs or stains, and found a couple but removed them, I know sometimes hair is hard to get rid of in the dryer, but still they should be more careful about it .

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. I needed more coffee, and they replenished me that day. I needed a new light bulb, and it was replaced that day. This is my 4th stay here- I’ll be back next month.

Not a thing- you cannot improve Perfect.

Breakfast & location is very good. Pool area is nice, the staff are very friendly & professional. Very large flat screen TV was good. Sarah in the breakfast area was very helpful and friendly.

The only complaint is that the electronics in our room were old and antiquated. I could NOT find a USB Port, the front desk person found a cube I was able to use to charge out 2 phones. I did find a USB port in the alarm clock 2 days later but was not informed of it's location.

Breakfast was below average compared to other hotels and Hyatt Eggs Bacon served in cast iron pots which had hot to the touch handles donut holes were stale and only pastry offered tables were left I cleaned The hotel was a wonderful place to stay despite the food offering

The staff is very friendly, especially the young gentleman, very helpful to accommodate our needs always with a positive attitude, he made us feel welcomed right away. Location was great, not too busy even if the outlets are right next to it. It had clean rooms, and clean bathrooms.

Pool water was hot, and in other states its always cold. But I'm not sure what temperature the pools In Florida are supposed to be? It was our first time in florida, so it wasn't a big deal, my 7yr old still had fun swimming.

Good Breakfast, lovely spacious room & excellent responsive service

I did not like that there was no sink in the bathroom. Did not like having to go out of bathroom to use the sink when there was plenty of room for one inside the bathroom. Also I cold not sleep on the bed because it was way too hard. I did sleep on the sofa which was very comfortable

A great location to multiple parks/ocean access. Many restaurant options close Every staff member from the front desk to housekeeping to maintenance was extremely responsive, kind, happy & welcoming. Breakfast every morning had multiple options that were all Covid safe. Hotel was clean & well kept. Hotel pool was refreshing with a hot tub as well. Little lizards everywhere running around the kids thought that was an absolute delight.

Great staff at this Hyatt much better than the Regency we had just stayed at. Clean hotel and no problem.

The bathroom door is oversized for the bathroom. Actually a bit of a joke. You can’t get into the room with out shutting the door.
