Baymont by Wyndham Bonita Springs

I had to have a surgical procedure at Radiology Regional, ( I am involved with a clinical drug trial, and need to have a biopsy evey yr.) which is a half block away from this hotel. When I booked my room, I added a note that I would be recovering for 24 hours after the procedure and was to be on bed rest. If it was possible, I needed to be on the 1st floor and as the procedure was for 10am, I might need an early check-in, around 2pm. In my confirmation letter for the booking, they responded that they would try to accommodate my request. I got to the hotel a little before 2pm and Mr Patel checked me in, and said that there was no problem with checking me in a little early and I had my choice of where on the first floor I wanted to stay (facing the pool courtyard, facing the street and/or closer to the exterior door). I have stayed here before, and will continue to stay at this Baymont Hotel. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean and on the larger size. Also have a hair dryer, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator in each room. Good continental breakfast in the morning (with a waffle maker).

There is nothing that I didn't like, and they have been doing improvements to the property since I was last here a year ago.

This is a decently priced hotel for the area and what you’re getting. We have friends and family nearby so we’ve stayed here a few times now. The pool was pretty clean considering it storms every single day in the summer and things are constantly being blown around.

They need to fix or replace the elevator door. The sensor doesn’t work very every well and every person in my group had the door close right on them at least once during our two-night stay. Just be careful around the elevator with your kids.

Lady helping during breakfast was excellent! Everything was refilled and very clean. I love that the room doesn't have carpet! Bathroom was clean and pool area was being fix but still nice and clean. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Microwave and fridge working perfectly. I mean it's not a 5 start but very good for the value

Check in was with a screen took longer than I expected but the paper you get has every detail you need.

There is always a server cleaning the restaurant during Breakfast time. The location is close to other restaurant and my work place.

The house keeper has some barrier to understanding my request. I believe their native language is not English but I always can see them working hard on hallway. I told them that there is a used condom cover in the drawer which is not mine. They finally figure out until I show them where is it.

Very modern and clean, loved having a table in the room with chairs for eating. Very comfortable and spacious, impressed with the extra sink outside the bathroom and loved the balcony.

A little hard to find an employee for any needs, we had reserved for three people in the room but only had two towels, and since there is no one in the lobby or around the halls it makes things a little more complicated.

Great location, clean and comfortable

Virtual check in, nobody live at the front desk. Only 2 towels for 2 people. Needed extras for the pool. I saw people come in through the back of pool area, from the parking lot of buildings behind the pool, and used the swimming pool with their kids. Didn't seem like they were guests of the hotel. Didn't feel secure.

The room was a nice size and the pool was lovely, The staff was friendly and sweet and did a good job cleaning the room. Good area and we were easily able to order Uber Eats when we didn't feel like going out.

Would have liked a little more options at breakfast - and maybe more than one waffle maker. Too many people waiting to use it. The ice machine on our floor (2nd) was broken the entire time we stayed - it was a little scary walking up the stairs to the 3rd floor at night to get ice.

The a/c was ice cold, which we loved. Also liked the full vanity/sink separate from the bathroom. Breakfast area was nice and clean.

The robot checkin/checkout process. Felt like we would not have been able to get personal assistance if we had issues. More hot options for breakfast would have been nice (eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal).

Very clean and well-equipped room. Nice price.

No on-site human for check-in, so I had to deal with video kiosk instead. I've used these before without problem, but the agent's audio was too loud and quite distorted and he spoke heavily accented English in rapid, clipped fashion. He was very nice and tried to be helpful, but it was a frustrating experience. Breakfast was OK, but it would be nice if a waste basket for those innumerable packets of creamer & sugar was nearby at the coffee pot.

Didn’t have front desk helper , is through video call, something sad for me and insecure for visitors
