It was clean, very simple and nice. Since it was a self check in, I never spoke to any of the staff in person. It was only through text and they were very accommodating to my date change. The bed was super comfortable and loved that it was a King. Loved that they were dishes like plates and silverware available.

The parking lot is so small and hard to back up out of if you don’t have a sedan. I stayed in room 2 and the toilet was wobbly. Seemed like it wasn’t attached properly. Also the stones on the shower floor and not comfortable for anything but a quick shower. The walls are very thin and could hear the conversation from the neighbor.

Staff greeted and made us feel at home the second we step foot on the beautiful property. Actually they were helpful even before we arrived to the property. I had phone trouble and couldn’t get my info needed to check in when I landed at the air port. I was worried I’d have trouble checking in since it was a self check in property. I arrived several hours early was exhausted and surly didn’t think early check was even a possibility since I had no confirmation of my booking and couldn’t get to my phone to retrieve my room entrance code. I called the hotels main line and was nervous because no one answered but instantly received a text and staff helped me immediately. I prefer text so this made it so much easier for me. They were able to set me up for early check in and send all my info needed to get into the room to the new number I was using. What a relief! I check in early with zero problems. Again staff greeted the moment we stepped foot on the property Amenities was a huge bonus! We loved the kayaks, hot tub, breakfast, shower , room location and staff! AJ is a doll!!I will totally be back next year I miss it already. Better than home away from home!!

If I could have stayed longer but vaca was over and I had to go home. I have nothing to say bad about the property or staff. I wish I had more time to stay longer, it was amazing and way more than expected and bargained for!

Property was unique, reminded me of a bed and breakfast. Cosy and quiet. Wonderful views of the intercostal waterways. Staff was amazing. Breakfast was light yet suffice. Lots of activities to do from paddle boarding to kayaking. Room was clean and spacious. Only minor inconvenience was the bed was very firm and hard for my back otherwise thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Bed too hard. Sheets used made of a material that my skin is sensitive to so it caused a little irritation. Don’t believe they are hypoallergenic sheets. All minor items compared to the advantages of staying.

Location was amazing! Peaceful, clean and staff was so helpful.

Although we were amazed at what they have accomplished since Ian - simple things could have been included in the room to make it more comfortable. We ended up buying a box of Kleenex & paper towels as there werent any, clothing storage was missing-no dresser or closet, and continental breakfast left much to be desired.

We always love this place great staff, beautiful view and they work with you any time of day or night to make it the best experience the only complaint I have for this 1 stay is we checked into a dirty room but they were very quick on making a change, even being we came in very late. We always leave with a smile and will continue to use latitude 26 as our 1st choice

Location is amazing. It is about a 15 min walk to the beach, shorter if biking or driving. We took our 13yr old daughter and her friend for her birthday. They really loved all the activities on property; paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, bikes to ride and swimming in the splash pool/hot tub. We saw dolphin and a baby manatee. We will definitely stay here again!

The only negative I have to say about our stay was that they had a construction crew there doing renovations on the dock which was right outside of our room. We arrived on Saturday and were told the crew would be finished that evening. They showed up on Sunday and began working at 8AM :( I get the work was necessary for the safety of their guests, however I think that maybe the work should have been done during the week and not on the weekends when they charge premium pricing.

Beautiful place..loved the decor. The large hot/cold tub was sufficient to cold down in..we used the bikes to bike the 7 mns to the beach..and had lunch on the way back at coconut jacks...the prime steak house near by was amazing..the house keeper at latitude was very helpful and friendly, and the help your self breakfast was lovely to..Great place.fabulous views 😀

We really did have a nice stay , We stayed a week we were on the lower units and it was pretty dark in there all the time you really couldn’t open the shades because the parking lot was right there . For improvements of the room we were wishing we had a retractable clothesline in the shower ,no where to hang our bathing suits. The staff was so wonderful .all in all the accommodations were marvelous next time we stay most definitely I will ask for the balcony units and the upper level. The rooms were very spacious, clean and filled with many details.

It was pretty pricey and the breakfast was RIDICULOUS! There were not even bowls to fill in milk, which was frozen due to the low temperature in their refrigerator; no bread, no toast or bagel. Very limited options!!! Therefore I had to lower my overall-rating.

As we arrived late because of lateness of flight there was no one on site to check us in and only a phone number which took us two times of ringing the number to finally speak to someone. When we did we were given a combination for the door and were able to access the room. I feel that a bit more visible information for this occurrence would have helped but on the whole it was a pleasant stay just a pity we were unable to stay longer.
