very clean and nice staff

so when i booked my two stays booking said all fees and taxes were included and i got charged 40 dollars a day for a resort charge for both rooms

Love this hotel! It's one of my favorite places to go too! The Lobby is small and not overly active but the resident rooms are worth it. I love the decor and layout of these rooms. Plus the kitchen with full fridge is awesome. Full beautiful views from multiple angles. I will definitely go back.

Like I said the Lobby area is not big but it's cute. The hallways are a bit worn down. For the price you'd think they could keep up the carpet better.

Nice clean large size rooms, excellent room, service, nice beach, free umbrella, and two beach chair rental per room, excellent breakfast. Expedient valet, parking, beach, just across the street, lots of shops and food places within walking distance.

Loud construction going on at times, not at the hotel. Remote to TV in the second room we stayed in did not work properly would only go up a few channels, then go back to the original channel is.

First off, the facilities are absolutely impeccable. Even the ice room was spotless and organized. The valet staff was very friendly and helpful upon arrival. The front desk staff went above and beyond, even personally escorting us to our room. Our room, quite simply, was on of the best rooms, locations we have ever experienced, and we have stayed in upscale properties around the world. The onsite cafe had delicious offerings in a clean, well organized environment. Class act from start to finish.

Valet was the only parking option.

Location excellent, bedroom clean and spacious, beautiful view, loved the pool area (not too busy but busy enough to make it fun).

breakfast was not what I expected (coupon to spend in market store instead of traditional break fast)

Beautiful view from our room! They honored our request for a room that was higher up! The room itself was absolutely beyond our expectations!

Would have like do have the choice to park our own car rather than valet, because of the cost. Restaurants were pricey!

The suite was absolutely stunning with a magnificent view and gorgeous furnishing throughout. The location opposite the beach was perfect. It was expensive but worth every cent and I would definitely return. Housekeeping were outstanding with little touches like cable ties for phone chargers, cleaning cloths for glasses and plentiful bottled water every day.

The clumsy attempt at a general upsell on checkin in was disappointing but the only sour note of a magnificent stay.

Michelle, our yoga instructor (for 7.30am classes on the beach) was absolutely fantastic! Loved her. The pool was really nice. Lots of extra charges like resort fee ($40) per night and lots of taxes when we checked out but the hotel was absolutely wonderful. Quiet, beds were amazing, air conditioning great. Just pricy for two nights.

The Conrad was just what we needed for a relaxing weekend away. The room was great and we had a beautiful ocean view. The pool and pool bar was clean and had good service. We loved the umbrellas on the beach. The food and service at Takato was great.

The food at the cornucopia grab and go restaurant wasn’t great and was overpriced but there were adorable local cafes around the corner where we spent our time.
