The staff did a wonderful job every day and always with a smile! No request was too much. Daily maid service was a bonus. The Cafe served delicious food and their wait staff were excellent! However, the property was overrun with college students on break who took over the outdoor spaces and pools making it virtually impossible to sit and enjoy any time at a pool. They were loud, usually drunk by mid day, played loud music, threw balls around and into the pool and punctuated most of their conversations with profanity. My suggestion is not to book here during Spring Break.

A little outdated, but because of the location to the beach it was exceptional! More of a bungalow/ cottage feel. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The restaurant on site was good as well. Also, the pools and hot tubs on the premises were great!

This hotel is perfectly situated along Fort Lauderdale Beach. There are a lot of food options (not many inexpensive) and a lot of things to do. The kids enjoyed bouncing between the 4 pools and hot tub and there were a lot of places to sit outside that were well shaded for those of us who are still sporting our winter white. The family was well laid out, and had a small cook top, microwave, and two mini fridges. There were two separate sleeping spaces one with two queens and the other with a king.

The room and the furniture were a bit warn down. The rooms are cooled by window units, so the bedroom in the main room had a lot of difficulty cooling down. The bathroom had not vent fan, so it seemed to stay humid.

North Beach is a great boutique hotel. It's off the main drive from the beach, but an easy walk to everything! Location, location & location..... The 4 pools and apartment style rooms are perfect. The room was clean and they provide plenty of toiletries. The price is on point for location & convenience's.

The parking is $10 additional per night to park at their hotel or other nearby hotels. We went when there was an event so there was No parking available at our hotel had to park across street other side with 2 kids, but now we know and will plan for that next visit.

The room cleaners and outside workers were so kind and friendly. Pools were cleaned and they had nice chairs/ loungers around pool. Most rooms have fridge and microwave. Updated with older tubs/showers but new sinks and toilets. Part of 4 properties that were older and redone. Had a one bedroom suite which had a kitchen, dining and couch with tv then a bedroom and bigger bath with tile shower. Would stay again and would not using booking.com but call hotel direct so they can tell you were the available rooms are, ie, near pool,etc and just one block off beach.

Request rooms not by hot tub as people are in it all day to late night. Hard to check in as you hit ring button and someone comes (waited 30 minutes). No handles or anything to hang on to in shower/bath. Not enough places to hang towels.

The location was great, within walking distance from the beach and it is easy to come and go as you please. Roku TV and special discounts to surrounding restaurants as well as access to all of their other Village Properties. The amount of pools is fantastic and it is absolutely beautiful in this area the wildlife and foliage is wonderful.

Door handle came completely off the room and we were locked out of our room for 16 hours before someone was able to come fix it. certain hours of the day you cannot get ahold of anyone from the hotel besides the maintenance workers who can only help with so much. Moderately clean and very plain decorations. no chairs to sit in our room We only had a bed and a dresser in our room. Not terrible just was lacking in a few areas

We were actually moved to the aqua hotel right next door, We loved that our suite was on the first floor with a stroller and 2 kids we were stepped away from the pool short blocked to the beach we would just walk there in our bathing suit, It was so cute we love the chairs that were set up in the patio for people to eat their lunch For what we wanted it was perfect

At the aqua I do wish that there was a restaurant on-site or Some sort of drinks service at the pool with lunch would have been amazing but even without it our stay was wonderful

I liked the warm pool and jacuzzi was a plus! One block away from the beach was also an added plus. Free beach towels to use while staying was also a plus. The height of the visit was witnessing a flock(approx. 8) of parrots rest on the property. 5 stars out of 5!!!!

A locked door when I needed service. Also watching the cleaning personnel clean a room with the door open for at least 45 minutes was disturbing. Mosquitos will get in the room and bite you all night long forcing you to buy bug spray to kill them.
