From the outside may make you shy away. But my third time here and will be going back. Location is great and has free parking. It’s a small three story old style motel. With clean spacious and comfy rooms. Nice pool and one block from the beach. Ten min was to town. I think an exterior paint job to pink or something bright could be game changer if they even need that.

Diamon in the ruff. Nothing bottom like. If your looking for a pool and bar at the pool vibe not for you. It’s chill small and perfect. Close to everything you want. No report fee and free parking makes renting a car ideal.

On arrival the exterior of the hotel looked dated and the pool untidy (we didn't use it as we didn't have time). The immediate local area seems to be undergoing some development -however big brand hotels were neighbours, so we knew it was a good location. The gentleman on reception was lovely and on entering the large suite it was outstanding. Exceptionally clean, gorgeous décor, plenty of room and very comfortable for a family of 4 (3 beds including a sofa bed). The area was quiet and the location ideal for an evening boat trip we had booked, which was easily walkable - even late at night.

Location is great, tucked away with parking included. It's an older hotel that is redone very well. The front desk gentleman was great! Super thorough, informative and really nice. The rooms were very clean and the refrigerator size was great for bringing breakfast foods and drinks.

Because it is an older establishment, you do run into the issues of AC in the rooms not being able to keep up as much. We chose the bed next to the unit, so we were okay but the other couple said it was warm. They do have a fan, which helps. The ice machine was also out of commission, which was a bummer, but that's an easy fix for them.

Spacious room, nice amenities, pool was nice. Coffee and fruit bars appreciated.

AC to close to bed wasn't able to get it away from my face while sleeping. I had to clean the filter myself as it was really dirty. Bathroom not real clean behind door and around window . No room in bath for our traveling necessities. Had to use the laundry basket as a table .Need to put in a regular sink. Pretty but not functional. No where in the beautiful shower to place soap and shampoo except the floor. The mattress was dipping in the middle. Uncomfortable for us .

A little gem. Great apartment with kitchen/dining area and spacious bathroom. Very clean and comfortable. We were there for two nights pre-cruise and during a storm. Was comfortable and easy to get food deliveries too. Ordered takeaways which came direct to room. Hotel were also great in helping me with my suitcase which had been lost by Jet Blue. We got cab to Port Everglades from hotel which was $21. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing, we didn’t get to explore much due to a storm but it would have been a 10min walk to restaurants etc.

If you go to Ft Lauderdale and look for something cozy but not too far away from the party locations and beach, this is the place you want to stay at. It is a classic three story motel with clean rooms and quality equipment. If your room is in the upper level, you have an amazing view to the beach. Also, the walk from there to the beach and restaurants is short. So, if you want to have a fun night, don't worry about a taxi or shuttle, everything is really close.

It was a great little place, away from town but walking distance. Great place, free parking and I would stay there again and recommend to friends and family. Decor was cute, looked remodeled. We had a fridge, micro which was great!

They needed more hooks and shelves in the bathroom. There was construction right outside our window, not their fault but no view and a bit noisy. Small pool, breakfast was a little comical: Coffee and a granola bar....lol

Wow! Just Wow! Its humble exterior and affordable rates had me expecting meager accommodations, and the studio unit was far from it! Recently updated and remodeled, it rivaled beach condos I'd paid 3x as much for! It's an adorable small 1950's-ish complex but a jewel to find! I had a business conference across the way at one of the high rise hotels and it was perfect to get away on a private culdesac!

The property was clean, quaint, and cheery.

We felt like the inside of the elevator wasn’t as clean as the rest of the property.

This place was surprisingly good for the money / value. 250 feet to the beach, zero traffic peaceful area, no loud nights, comfortable beds and pillows, super cold AC units and smells nice. Seems family owned and operated by lovely people who want to do right by you the old fashioned way.

Pool was small and cramped area feeling, but who uses the pool when you go to the beach! I didn’t use the pool at all and no one else did for the 3 days I was here
