Location is great, tucked away with parking included. It's an older hotel that is redone very well. The front desk gentleman was great! Super thorough, informative and really nice. The rooms were very clean and the refrigerator size was great for bringing breakfast foods and drinks.

Because it is an older establishment, you do run into the issues of AC in the rooms not being able to keep up as much. We chose the bed next to the unit, so we were okay but the other couple said it was warm. They do have a fan, which helps. The ice machine was also out of commission, which was a bummer, but that's an easy fix for them.

Spacious room, nice amenities, pool was nice. Coffee and fruit bars appreciated.

AC to close to bed wasn't able to get it away from my face while sleeping. I had to clean the filter myself as it was really dirty. Bathroom not real clean behind door and around window . No room in bath for our traveling necessities. Had to use the laundry basket as a table .Need to put in a regular sink. Pretty but not functional. No where in the beautiful shower to place soap and shampoo except the floor. The mattress was dipping in the middle. Uncomfortable for us .

A little gem. Great apartment with kitchen/dining area and spacious bathroom. Very clean and comfortable. We were there for two nights pre-cruise and during a storm. Was comfortable and easy to get food deliveries too. Ordered takeaways which came direct to room. Hotel were also great in helping me with my suitcase which had been lost by Jet Blue. We got cab to Port Everglades from hotel which was $21. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing, we didn’t get to explore much due to a storm but it would have been a 10min walk to restaurants etc.

It was a great little place, away from town but walking distance. Great place, free parking and I would stay there again and recommend to friends and family. Decor was cute, looked remodeled. We had a fridge, micro which was great!

They needed more hooks and shelves in the bathroom. There was construction right outside our window, not their fault but no view and a bit noisy. Small pool, breakfast was a little comical: Coffee and a granola bar....lol

The property was clean, quaint, and cheery.

We felt like the inside of the elevator wasn’t as clean as the rest of the property.

Wow! Just Wow! Its humble exterior and affordable rates had me expecting meager accommodations, and the studio unit was far from it! Recently updated and remodeled, it rivaled beach condos I'd paid 3x as much for! It's an adorable small 1950's-ish complex but a jewel to find! I had a business conference across the way at one of the high rise hotels and it was perfect to get away on a private culdesac!

This property has maintained its charm of yesteryear on the outside yet offers a modern beach theme on the inside that will surely please the most demanding of travelers. CLEANLINESS-Absolutely!! The moment you enter into your room it is obvious that cleanliness is a priority here, from the fresh scent radiating throughout the room ((NO it’s not an air freshener or carpet sprays like many high end resorts use)) to the ultra clean fresh smelling towels. This hotel is truly a GEM.

I would like to mention this for future guests as I feel it’s necessary to share. I enjoy lengthy showers to de-stress but found out that my room was equipped with a dorm (mini) sized hot water heater so please prepare accordingly.

Sea beach hotel was a great place to stay from my experience! The room my friends and I shared was a small ground level room, quaint equipped with 2 queen beds, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and a hotplate if we were going to to cook up anything. Lol Eileen at the front desk was very nice and accommodating! The Gentleman who work there was friendly, although I can't remember his name because Eileen was the one who checked us in, told us all we needed to know about the instructions and rules of the place! Didn't see any bugs! ( Our main concern!) Everything in the room worked! (Our next concern!)The room was very clean and comfortable. I did not like that there were no full length mirrors in the room. We couldn’t even look at ourselves/clothes before we left out for the day. Please please invest in a mirror on the back of the bathroom door or one of the walls.

This place was surprisingly good for the money / value. 250 feet to the beach, zero traffic peaceful area, no loud nights, comfortable beds and pillows, super cold AC units and smells nice. Seems family owned and operated by lovely people who want to do right by you the old fashioned way.

Pool was small and cramped area feeling, but who uses the pool when you go to the beach! I didn’t use the pool at all and no one else did for the 3 days I was here

It was located close to the dive operation that we were using. It was a very nice room for us and it had a place to dry our wet equipment. This was much appreciated. It was also less expensive than what the other recommended hotel was going to charge for a room with no kitchenette. Overall it was a very nice room and kitchenette for the price.

The pool needed some work and maintenance. It was not full and needed better cleaning. The room air conditioner was too small for the space. It only cooled the living room well. The bedroom never would get cool enough as there was no air conditioning in that room. The poor air conditioner ran almost constantly.
