Candlewood Suites Fort Myers/Sanibel Gateway, an IHG Hotel

Room was nice bed comfortable and full size refrigerator. Pool and gym nice

.Upon check in, they gave us a smaller size room than I reserved. We had to pay extra to get the room size we wanted. The handicap shower didn't drain correctly spilling water into the bathroom making it very dangerous and slippery for me. Also keys entry was broken.

I love how friendly the staff is. They're always so nice and helpful. All of the amenities are great for me. It's very close to a dog park so I'm able to walk my dogs there. And it's only about a mile and a half away from my Oppa

There's nothing I didn't like. I do wish that they had more drink options to buy though. Like maybe a body armor. But I understand that they probably can't. Cuz of all the crap that's going on. So honestly there's nothing I didn't like

Nicely laid out, laundry was free! Pool area was clean and staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The garbage collection area was about 100 feet from front door. Either dumpster was too small or the area needs more cleaning then is scheduled. Atrocious. No reinforcement of the rule ‘no dogs aloud at pool’

No breakfasr. Location was very good.

Too many dogs, would not stay there again. Wife suffers from allergies from pet fur and dander-. If I wanted to stay at a dog hotel, I would have booked at one. Barking, smell, etc. from dogs was a bit too much. I will check to see if our next hotel is pet friendly and choose one that is not for sure.

Good size utility suite. The safety feature of the time-control dial to prevent overheating of the stovetop.

As a utility suite, a kettle would be necessary to make tea or cup noodles. As well a small oven would come in heady for reheating of pizza or meat etc.

Free washer and dryer service. Kitchenette convenient. One staff named DC was vwry helpful. Close to Fort Myer restaurant and Publix. Short drive to Sanibel island. Electric range with timer. Bathroom has drawers. We stayed on 4th floor so it was quiet. Staffs are friendly. Has dish washer but we did not use it

Check in. Change room 4x because key card did not work but staff named DC assisted promptly and got supervisor to help after 3rd room change. Really appreciated his customer service otherwise would rated a 2 stars. Kitchenette doesn't have enough. No pan. Has 3 pots. No scrubbie for sink.

The first night was disaster, but the staff worked with us and the other 9 days and nights were great. Bed was great. Bathroom needs updated. clean. It was obvious that the floor they moved us too was more updated, and it was clean and inviting.

The first night our room had some cleanliness issues and we were unhappy. The new manager however got to work and had us moved. Thank you for putting a good manager there! The staff the first night was rude.....and not helpful, later in the week they no longer worked there!!

Everything was super clean!! The room was large and the bathroom was, too!! It was very quiet, too! Across the hall was a large family with a baby!! In the hall, I could hear noise, but in my room, it was very quiet!! The staff was friendly and helpful, but everything was great, so I really didn’t need to contact them!!

Nothing. I will go there from now on when I come to town!!

the water pressure was so awful! it was like they had about 3-5 straws in the line. hardly adequate to rinse off.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Washing and dryer were clean and working. Rooms are spacious!

Unfortunately there's a musky smell in the hotel. The hallways are extremely warm. The beds need to be changed.
