Friendly staff

I can not understand why dogs are more important than your guests. Many hotels allow dogs however, there are some hotels that have their guests as a higher priority. For instance, some allow dogs only on the first floor so that they are never in the elevator with people like my wife who is allergic to dogs. They also sometimes have designated dog rooms so that people with allergies can avoid those rooms or they have rooms that never have dogs so people with allergies can book them and breath better. I get it , dogs are cute, but you have not considered a huge population of people who are allergic to dogs. The above suggestions would attract more of the people who struggle to breath when near dogs. Just a thought

We got to the hotel before check-in time. The staff had a room ready for us. The staff member at the desk was very friendly and professional. Through out or stay everyone was friendly and asked how we were. The room was amazingly clean, and the only downfall was I couldn't find anything wrong. It's in a very convenient location for shops or anything else. Oh, breakfast was cooked fresh not warmed in a microwave. The first floor smell made me hungry.

Clean. Comfortable Bed. Courteous staff. Fast check-in and check-out. Close to my meeting.

The room does not have a comfortable chair or sofa. I spend a fair amount of the night out of bed due to a health issue; and a comfy chair or sofa is very important. Second, the tub floor was slippery and needs at least one or two more grab bars for greater safety. My wife was afraid to shower. This is cable company's fault, but guide screen doesn't tell you what program is airing on each channel -- just the name of the network, which isn't much help!

Breakfast was great; a good variety of choices. Friendly staff. Clean facilities, clean room, clean pool: no complaints there!

Noise outside at night; a truck frequently picked something up at the mall adjacent to the property, and on one night we were all awoken at 5 am by a fire alarm. The refrigerator in the room was not quiet, either.

on monday , the trash trucks we gathering trash from the dumptsters of the stores located behind you. It woke me up at 3:30 am . my room was first floor by pool. lighting over the sink is very poor.

It was perfect for us. We wanted to relax and unwind and this was the perfect spot to do just that. In great location for dining. In closing we loved it.

Fairfield Inn & Suites exceeded our expectations. We were stopping in Fort Myers for the night and was searching for a place to sleep. The checkin process was simple, the facilities were clean, the staff members were kind, and the value we got for our money was great.

We moved here from Sanibel because of the Hurricane Ian evacuation. The hotel staff did an outstanding job during the 12 hours or so of hurricane force winds on Wednesday 28 September, providing lots of support and keeping things running as far as they were able as we lost power, internet and water during the course of the day. They even managed to produce a range of breakfast items on Thursday morning, which was the last thing I'd expected. A huge well done to everyone, especially as they must all have been concerned about their own family, friends and homes.

The check in was efficient- the clerk very friendly. The hotel was spotless! Breakfast very good- something for everyone. Location near stores and easy to get to 75. We’re there for two nights- perfect for our needs.

Cost of room was high. Raising the rates during the month of February just because of "spring training" is really known as "price gouging"!
